So, is this a conditioned phenomenon? Is this the basis for distinguishing conditioned phenomena? This is the nature of mind, the self-arisen wisdom. It is not different from the Dharmadhatu, because the Dharmadhatu itself is luminosity. It is the state that has always been abiding in the nature of mind, so it is the great unconditioned union. If we consider this state, then all phenomena of the three times are equality, unchangeable. It must be understood that there is no elaboration of the three times and duality. A conditioned momentary consciousness is not the state of all phenomena. If one points it out, how can one realize Suchness? Therefore, the wisdom of rigpa-emptiness of Dzogchen is the primordial, unchangeable luminosity. This must be measured from the perspective of the state. There is no way to point out Suchness, which is the momentary state of conditioned phenomena, that has been taught by any of the Dzogchen tantras or lineage masters such as Vidyadhara Garab Dorje. Therefore, the statement that Dzogchen is conditioned is worthy of ridicule and not worth listening to. Likewise, when yogis who recognize rigpa remain equally in the state of primordial nature, they also realize that all the eight consciousness aggregates do not move from that state. There, there is no difference between the object of realization and the subject of realization. If the subtle mind is the innate mind, then it must be the luminosity of the primordial ground, because it is the primordial nature that is unchangeable in the three times. If that is the case, then at the time of the luminosity of the primordial ground, there is no Buddha and no sentient being. It is said that there is no confusion about the ground itself, and there is no liberation called the return from confusion. If there is a subtle mind, why is it not a sentient being? Like sentient beings without form and without perception. Therefore, it must be assumed that there is confusion but no liberation. At the primordial time, is the subtle mind with or without self-grasping and dualistic grasping? If it is, then it is a defiled samsaric mind, how can it be an undefiled luminous mind? If the nature of the innate mind has defilement, then the innate mind is included in samsara and not included in nirvana. If that is the case, then the nature of mind is luminosity, etc., contradicts the quoted scriptures above. Therefore,
