དོན་ནོར་བུ་པྲ་ཡས་ལྟ་བུར་སྟོར། །ཡིན་ཡིན་མིན་མིན་འབྱེད་འབྱེད་རིག་རིག་པོས། །བྱ་རའི་ཟོལ་གྱིས་རྣལ་དོན་དཀྲུགས་པར་བྱེད། །མགོ་མཁྲེགས་དེ་ཀོའི་མགོ་འཕང་རྩིས་མེད་དུ། །མནན་བར་མ་བྱས་གཉེན་པོ་དུག་ཏུ་འགྱུར། །མ་བཅོས་གཤིས་སུ་ལྷོད་ཅིང་རང་བབ་ཙམ། །སྐྱོང་ཤེས་དེ་ལ་ཆེད་འཛིན་མ་ཞུགས་ན། །རང་དྭངས་རིག་པའི་ཉི་མ་རྩོལ་མེད་འཆར། །འགྱུ་དྲན་བསམ་རྟོག་ཀུན་ཀྱང་དེ་ཡི་གྲོགས། །རིམ་གྱིས་ཐེ་ཚོམ་བྲལ་བའི་རྒྱལ་སར་སླེབ། །འཇམ་དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེས་བླ་མ་པདྨར་ཕུལ་བ་དགེ ། ས་གླང་ཟླ་༡༠ཚེས་༡༡ཉིན་ཕྱེད་དང་ཕྲལ་བྲིས་མངྒ་ལཾ།། ༈ །།ཀྱེ་ཧོ། མི་ཡི་ལུས་ལ་མ་འོངས་རང་གི་དོན། །སྒྲུབ་པའི་བློ་དང་ལྡན་བཞིན་རྒྱལ་བསྟན་གྱི། །སྣང་བས་ལམ་ཡངས་ཕྱེ་བ་མ་ནུས་པས། །བག་མེད་སྤོངས་ལ་བདག་དོན་སྒྲུབ་པར་རིགས། །ཡང་དག་ལྟ་བ་འཇིག་རྟེན་བདེ་ཀུན་ཏུ། །དད་པ་དྲི་མེད་འདི་ཕྱིར་ཕུན་ཚོགས་གཏེར། །འདི་གཉིས་སྲིད་ན་ཡིད་བརྟན་ཕེར་བའི་གྲོགས། །གཞན་པའི་ནོར་གྲོགས་ལམ་ཁའི་འདུ་ཚོགས་མཚུངས། །གློག་འདྲའི་ཚེ་ལ་ཡིད་བརྟན་གང་ཡང་མེད། །སྐད་ཅིག་མི་སྡོད་རི་གཟར་ཆུ་དང་འདྲ། །སྙིགས་མའི་རང་ཚེ་ནམ་ ལངས་སྐར་མ་བཞིན། །བསམ་ན་ཅུང་ཟད་མི་སྐྱོ་རང་དབང་ཅི། །གཅེས་པར་བསྐྱང་བའི་ལུས་ཀྱང་ངེས་འདོར་ན། །གཉེན་གྲོགས་འབྱོར་པ་སྨོས་ཀྱང་ཅི་ཞིག་དགོས། །ཆབས་ཅིག་ཡུད་ལ་བསྒྱུར་བ་ཤེས་མཛོད་ལ། །ཕྱི་མར་རང་ཕན་སྒྲུབ་ན་མི་ལེགས་སམ། །ཕྱུག་ན་ཆོག་ཤེས་ཀྱིས་ལ་སྦྱིན་པ་ཐོང་། །མཐོ་ན་ཁེངས་སེམས་བསྒྱུར་ལ་གཞན་ཕན་གྱིས། །གཞོན་ན་རྒྱགས་པ་མེད་པར་བག་ཡོད་བྱ། །དེ་ལྟར་བྱས་ན་འདིར་ལེགས་ཕྱི་མར་བདེ། །ཕྱུག་པོ་མི་རྟག་ནམ་མཁའི་སྤྲིན་དང་མཚུངས། །མཐོན་པོ་མི་རྟག་ལ་ཁའི་ན་བུན་འདྲ། །གཞོན་པ་མི་རྟག་སྟོན་གྱི་མེ་ཏོག་བཞིན། །རྟག་འཛིན་ཆེ་ན་རང་བསླུས་རང་སྡུག་འབད། །སྙན་པར་གྲགས་པ་བྲག་ཆ་ལྟ་བུ་སྟེ། །ཀུན་གྱིས་བཀུར་བ་རྨི་ལམ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་བཞིན། །ཤི་ནས་འདིར་སྣང་གཏོགས་པའི་དཔལ་ཀུན་འདོར། །དེ་བས་ཧ་ཅང་ཞེན་འཛིན་མ་ཆེ་ཨང་། །ཞེན་པས་འཇུས་ཀྱང་ཡུན་གྱི་དོན་མེད་པ། །དངོས་པོའི་ཆོས་ཡིན་སུས་ཀྱང་བཅོས་མེད་པའི། །ངང་ཚུལ་མ་ཤེས་ལྷག་པར་ཕོངས་པ་བསྐྱེད། །དེ་བས་འཁོར་བའི་རང་མཚང་སེམས་ཀྱིས་གཞིག །འཚོ་བས་ཕོངས་དང་མི་ཡི་དབང་པོ་གཉིས། །ཤི་བའི་ཚེ་ན་མཐོ་དམན་གང་ཡང་མེད། །ལས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་འབྲངས་དབང་མེད་ལུས་ཅན་རྣམས། །ཡུད་ཙམ་བདེ་སྡུག་ བདེན་པར་ཞེན་པས་བསླུས། །

意义如珍宝般失落。 以辨别是非、区分真伪的智慧。 以鸟笼的伪装扰乱真实意义。 顽固不化之人的傲慢被轻视。 若不加以抑制，对治也会变成毒药。 放松于未矫饰的本性中，保持自然。 若能守护此，不生起执着。 自明本觉的太阳无需努力便会升起。 流动、忆念、思虑，一切皆是其友。 逐渐抵达远离疑惑的王位。 妙吉祥金刚献给莲花生上师，善哉！ 土牛年十月十一日中午匆匆写下，吉祥！ 嗟呼！ 虽具人身，怀有成就未来自身利益之心。 却未能以佛法的光明开辟广阔的道路。 故应舍弃放逸，理应成办自身利益。 真实见地乃世间一切安乐之源。 无垢信心是今生来世圆满之宝。 此二者在世间是可靠的友人。 他人的财富朋友如同路上的聚会。 如闪电般的人生，没有任何可以信赖。 刹那不停留，如同陡峭山上的流水。 浊世的寿命如同黎明星星。 若思及此，怎能不稍感悲伤，又有何自由？ 珍爱守护的身体也终将舍弃。 亲友财富，又何须多言？ 须知一切瞬息万变。 若为来世成办自利，岂不更好？ 富有时，以知足之心布施。 高位时，转化傲慢心，行利他之事。 年轻时，不骄纵，保持谨慎。 如此行事，则今生安乐，来世幸福。 富人无常，如同天空的云彩。 高位无常，如同山间的雾气。 年轻人无常，如同秋天的花朵。 若执着常有，则是自欺自苦。 美名如山谷回音。 受人尊敬如梦中享受。 死后，舍弃一切属于此世的荣华。 因此，不要过于执着啊！ 即使执着，也毫无长远意义。 万物本性如此，无人可以改变。 若不了解此理，则更增贫乏。 因此，应以心观察轮回的真相。 生活贫困与人的权势二者。 死亡之时，无论高低贵贱皆无差别。 众生皆随业力而行，身不由己。 因短暂的苦乐 而执着为真实，自欺欺人。

Meaning is lost like a precious jewel. With the wisdom to discern right from wrong, and to distinguish truth from falsehood. Disrupting the true meaning with the guise of a birdcage. The arrogance of the stubborn-headed is disregarded. If not suppressed, the antidote will turn into poison. Relax into the uncorrected nature, remaining just as it is. If one knows how to protect this, without engaging in deliberate grasping. The sun of self-luminous awareness will effortlessly rise. Movement, recollection, thought, all are its companions. Gradually arriving at the kingdom free from doubt. Offered by Manjushri Vajra to Guru Padmasambhava, may it be virtuous! Written hastily on the 11th day of the 10th month of the Earth Ox year, may there be auspiciousness! Alas! Although possessing a human body, with the mind to accomplish one's own future benefit. Yet unable to open the vast path with the light of the Buddha's teachings. Therefore, abandon carelessness and it is proper to accomplish one's own benefit. True view is the source of all happiness in the world. Immaculate faith is the treasure of perfect endowments for this life and the next. These two are reliable friends in this world. Other people's wealth and friends are like gatherings on the road. Life is like lightning, there is nothing to rely on. Not staying for a moment, like water on a steep mountain. The life of the degenerate age is like the morning star. If one thinks about this, how can one not feel a little sad, and what freedom is there? The body that is cherished and protected will surely be abandoned. Friends and wealth, what need is there to mention? Know that everything changes in an instant. If one accomplishes self-benefit for the next life, wouldn't that be better? When wealthy, give with contentment. When in a high position, transform arrogance and engage in benefiting others. When young, be mindful without being arrogant. If one acts in this way, there will be happiness in this life and bliss in the next. Wealth is impermanent, like clouds in the sky. High position is impermanent, like mist on a mountain pass. Youth is impermanent, like autumn flowers. If one clings to permanence, one is deceiving and tormenting oneself. Good reputation is like an echo in the mountains. Being respected by all is like enjoying pleasures in a dream. After death, one abandons all the glory belonging to this world. Therefore, do not be too attached! Even if one clings, there is no lasting meaning. Such is the nature of things, which no one can change. If one does not understand this, one creates even more poverty. Therefore, one should examine the true nature of samsara with the mind. Poverty of livelihood and the power of humans, both. At the time of death, there is no difference between high and low. All sentient beings follow the consequences of their actions, involuntarily. Deceived by clinging to the fleeting pleasure and pain as true.
