吉祥！善哉！ 对于寺院的谈话。 向文殊菩萨顶礼。 与亲近的朋友们谈论一些道理。 即使说甚深的道理，也只是知道而难以修持。 这些人中难道没有不明白的吗？ 吃太多的食物会变成不净的废物。 养育的身体也会被衰老、疾病和死亡摧毁。 因此，仅仅依靠维持生命的食物， 如果能让闲暇和圆满变得有意义，难道不好吗？ 说太多的话会转动散乱的轮子。 贪嗔的烦恼总是搅乱自己的心。 无论说多少，都没有芝麻大的精华。 如果努力念诵重要的内容，难道不好吗？ 念头的波纹就像水一样，没有穷尽。 自己欺骗自己，就像做梦一样做买卖。 舍弃这无意义的痛苦波浪， 如果一心一意地禅修，难道不好吗？ 积累太多的财富会增长吝啬和傲慢。 积累、守护和失去的痛苦很多。 无论积累多少，终究一定会舍弃， 如果舍弃财富，修持正法，难道不好吗？ 聚集太多的亲友，难以守护心思和防备。 为了亲友，会产生各种各样的悲伤和痛苦。 无论聚集多少，最终都是分离的原因。 如果舍弃世俗，住在寂静的地方，难道不好吗？ 睡眠、玩乐、饮酒和性行为等等， 越是沉溺，就会越发增长。 越是舍弃，就会越发减少。 因此，如果保持适度，难道不好吗？ 轮回的圆满都没有意义。 无论拥有多少，都不会满足，贪欲会增长。 如果明白这些，放下世俗，让自己的心变得自由， 这比梵天、自在天和转轮王的快乐还要殊胜。 如果过于沉迷于世间的八法， 就会被魔迷惑，失去修法的机会。 当这如闪电般的生命戏剧结束时， 无数的悔恨会在前方迎接。 不可避免的死亡是所有事物的规律， 谁也不知道何时会死，这一点对所有人都一样。 死后，会成为业的奴隶，没有自主。 现在不是还有自主的时候吗？ 自己对自己不可能不珍惜不爱护， 为了自己的快乐，追求快乐的伟大意义， 佛陀已经教导了实现的方法， 唉！不要无所事事地待着！ 僧团的戒律是自己利益的庄严。 依止善知识被赞为道路的根本。 学习功德是自身圆满的原因。 如果接受这三者，那么

Speaking too much turns the wheel of distraction. Attachment and hatred constantly stir up one's own mind. No matter how much is said, there is not even a sesame seed of essence. Wouldn't it be better to strive to recite important things? The ripples of thought are like water, without end. Deceiving oneself is like doing business in a dream. Having let go of this wave of meaningless pain, Wouldn't it be better to meditate with one-pointed concentration? Accumulating too much wealth increases stinginess and arrogance. There is much suffering in accumulating, protecting, and losing. No matter how much is accumulated, it is certain to be abandoned someday, Wouldn't it be better to give away wealth and practice the sacred Dharma? Gathering too many relatives is difficult to guard the mind and protect. For the sake of relatives, various kinds of sorrow and pain arise. No matter how much is gathered, it is ultimately the cause of separation. Wouldn't it be better to abandon worldly affairs and live in solitude? Sleep, play, alcohol, and sexual activity, etc., The more one indulges, the more they increase. The more one abandons, the more they decrease. Therefore, wouldn't it be better to maintain moderation? All the perfections of samsara are meaningless. No matter how much one has, one is never satisfied, and desire increases. Knowing this, abandoning worldly activities, and freeing one's own mind, This is more excellent than the happiness of Brahma, Indra, and a Chakravartin. If one is too distracted by the eight worldly dharmas, One will be deluded by demons and lose the opportunity to practice Dharma. When this life, like a flash of lightning, comes to an end, Numerous unbearable regrets will greet you from the front. Inevitable death is the nature of all things, No one knows when they will die, and this is the same for everyone. After death, one becomes a slave to karma, without freedom. Isn't now the time when there is freedom? It is impossible for oneself not to cherish or love oneself, For the sake of one's own happiness, pursuing the great meaning of happiness, The Victorious Ones have taught the means to achieve it, Alas! Do not remain in a state of carelessness! The monastic rules are the adornment of one's own benefit. Relying on a spiritual friend is praised as the root of the path. 善哉增长！ 如此殊胜之法，导师（佛陀）亦曾。 多次舍弃生命而寻得。 听闻意义重大，无有其他可比。 听闻之时，若能善加谛听，岂不甚好？ 纵然一生未能精进修法， 然于进入胜者教法之门， 于显密道之修持，略微涉猎一二， 时时恒常稍作精进，亦为适宜。 火猴年二月二十日，米庞（蒋扬钦哲·旺波）书写，吉祥！ 为乡民所作之语。 顶礼上师文殊菩萨！ 欲向我方乡民们进献一言。 纵然可从世俗之法中广说， 然因卑劣者难以理解，故仅此少许，即时有益。 所有乡民，苦乐与共。 纵然争论输赢胜负，实则意义甚微。 减少争斗，增加助益。 如是行之，则自身安乐，众人亦安乐。 眷属众人，苦乐同担， 若心意相合，则自身安乐，众人亦安乐。 若争吵过多，则自身痛苦，众人亦痛苦。 短暂相聚之时，当尽情欢乐。 乡民需团结力量，守护自身， 莫要过多争执，心意合一。 因无人能独自成事， 故若能共同守护自身与他人之利益，则甚佳。 当以适当之方式报答施恩者。 若无善名，则无人施以恩惠。 当以适当之方式调伏不驯顺之愚人。 若恶人权力过大，则该地衰败。 莫要因些许小事而轻易产生喜怒之情， 若内心平和，则一切皆如友善般喜悦。 莫如恶妇般挑拨离间， 若不听信谗言，心性坚定，则时时安乐。 富裕者当以借贷之方式帮助贫困者。 如是行之，则富裕者受人尊敬。 贫困者当以帮助与服从之方式对待富裕者。 如是行之，则即便贫困亦能获得借贷之机。 若人缺乏自知与认知他人之能力，且无思辨能力， 则于自私自利之人众多的地方，无人愿去。 若贤善且具智慧之人众多， 则该地安乐，且为圣贤所依止。 贤能且具功德者，受众人敬重。 当舍弃无知且心胸狭隘之人。 纵然追随导师（佛陀）之人再差，亦当供养。 当尽力帮助弱小无能之人。 无论谁变得富裕美好， 皆为自身家乡之福报。 若对此心生嫉妒，则将毁坏自身家乡。 无论谁变得贫穷丑陋，皆为业力所致。

I would like to offer some advice to the people of my village. Even if it can be explained extensively from the laws of the world, Because it is difficult for the inferior to understand, this little bit is immediately beneficial. All the villagers share happiness and sorrow. Even if you argue about winning or losing, the meaning is small. Reduce fighting and increase benefits. If you do that, you will be happy and everyone will be happy. The family members share happiness and sorrow together. If the mind is in harmony, you will be happy and everyone will be happy. If there are too many quarrels, you will be sad and everyone will be sad. When you gather for a short time, do whatever makes you happy. The villagers must unite their strength to protect themselves, Don't argue too much, keep your minds in harmony. Because no one can do anything alone, It is good to protect your own interests and the interests of others together. Repay those who do good in a proper way. If there is no good name, no one will give you favors. How to subdue the unruly fool appropriately. If the wicked have too much power, that land will decline. Don't be easily happy or angry over small things, If the heart is peaceful, everything is happy as if it were friendly. Don't listen to the slander like a bad woman, If you don't listen to slander and your mind is firm, you will be happy all the time. The rich should help the poor by lending them money. If you do that, the rich will be respected by everyone. The poor should treat the rich with help and obedience. If you do that, even if you are poor, you can find a way to borrow money. If a person lacks self-knowledge and the ability to recognize others, and has no ability to think, No one wants to go to a place where there are many selfish people. If there are many virtuous and wise people, That land is happy and is supported by the saints. Those who are wise and virtuous are respected by everyone. Put aside those who are ignorant and narrow-minded. Even if the followers of the teacher (Buddha) are bad, they should be offered. Do your best to help the weak and powerless. Whoever becomes rich and beautiful, It is the merit of one's own hometown. If you are jealous of it, you will destroy your own hometown. Whoever becomes poor and ugly is the result of karma.
