仅仅依靠着，青春逝去显露出丑陋的容颜，无法医治的子女的牵绊，无法积攒的财富的聚敛，无法摆脱的家庭的事务，直至生命终结都无法逃脱地束缚着。 即使想要自由自在、心情舒畅地进行善的思考和修行，却因忙碌而感到灰心丧气之时，即使知道女性的过失也无法挽回。 年轻时受欲望的支配，年老时更加因后悔而痛苦。没有被欲望的铁钩抓住的人，即使年华老去，也因功德而美丽。 表里不一，虚伪不稳固，贪得无厌，嫉妒心强，吝啬。总是喜欢争斗的人非常多，具备功德和行为规范的女性很少。 最初以微笑的光彩来庆祝，但苦乐参半，憎恨的皱纹增多。与丈夫心意相通、知羞耻的人偶尔才有，因此最好一开始就舍弃女性。 有些人喜欢看，有些人喜欢说，说了又说之后，被接触的毒药束缚。短暂如闪电般变化的快乐，之后却带来成千上万倍的痛苦。 分离时，痛苦难以忍受，相处时，维护面子和照顾周到很困难。像这样，承担着成百上千种无意义的痛苦，不如不接受，安住于自己的状态最为快乐。 因此，天人的导师在经典中，详细宣说了女性的种种过失，要反复铭记这些真实的教言，从女性的束缚中解脱出来。 被束缚所困难以逃脱，并非因为欲望的快乐和功德很大，而是因为无法舍弃贪欲之心的恶习，所以只会越来越差，对此毫不怀疑。 没有被束缚所困，悠闲自在安住的人们，内心安乐，自身快乐，持续不断地增长。无论在何处，都拥有自由，没有痛苦，做什么都顺心如意。 如果仔细观察，无论是年轻还是年老，身体都是不洁的三十六种物质的集合，像闪电一样变化，无法信任，明白之后，就要舍弃对女性的执着。 年老时，欲望的快乐如彩虹般消失，衰老也会迅速降临到每个人身上，在青春年少时，要如理如实地行善。

Relying only on that, youth fades, revealing an ugly face. The incurable ties of children, the uncollectible accumulation of wealth, and the inescapable affairs of the household bind one irrevocably until the end of life. Even if one desires to engage in virtuous thoughts and practices with freedom and a relaxed mind, when one becomes discouraged due to busyness, even knowing the faults of women, there is no way to reverse it. In youth, one is subject to the control of desire; in old age, one suffers even more from regret. Those who have not been caught by the hook of desire are beautiful with the radiance of virtue even when their youth has passed. Those who are inconsistent in appearance and hidden intentions, fickle, insatiable in desire, and have great jealousy and miserliness, are very numerous. Women who possess virtue and proper conduct are few. Initially, there is a celebration with the radiance of smiles, but joy and sorrow are mixed, and hateful frowns increase. Those who are in harmony with their husbands and have a sense of shame are rare. Therefore, it is best to abandon women from the beginning. Some like to look, some like to speak, and after speaking and speaking, they are bound by the poison of touch. From the pleasure that changes like a flash of lightning, a hundred thousand times more suffering follows. At the time of separation, the pain is unbearable; at the time of association, maintaining face and being attentive is difficult. Like this, bearing hundreds of meaningless burdens of difficulty, it is most blissful not to accept them and to abide in one's own state. Therefore, the teacher of gods and humans, in the sutras, has extensively proclaimed the various faults of women. Remembering these truthful teachings again and again, one should escape from the bonds of women. Being caught by these bonds is difficult to escape. It is not because the pleasure of desire and virtue are great, but because one cannot abandon the evil habit of the mind of craving, so one will only go from bad to worse, without any doubt. Those who are not caught by bonds and abide in leisure and ease, their minds are at peace, their own happiness increases continuously. Wherever they abide with freedom, they are without pain and possess the ability to do whatever they wish. If one examines well, whether young or old, the body is an impure collection of thirty-six substances, changing like lightning and unreliable. Knowing this, one should abandon the insistence on women. In old age, the pleasure of desire vanishes like a rainbow. Old age also comes quickly to everyone. In youth, one should intentionally do good.

衰老之时应思无悔之乐， 具殊胜智之大贤圣众， 如珍宝之众多妃嫔眷属， 舍弃成千上万之众之后， 思维正值青春于林中苦行。 纵然以众多功德而庄严， 然依附女人之出家者不美， 犹如以百千珍宝严饰之金银器， 却被大小便充满一般。 莫说毁坏戒律所生恶趣之， 无边无际痛苦之苦楚， 若思及今生所生之过患， 理应如对毒食般生厌离。 以怖畏、疑惑与艰辛所致， 一次依附之乐如闪电般， 纵然消逝然其所伤之言语创伤， 直至生命终结亦不会消退。 彼之心犹如被毒蛇所缠绕， 被贪欲之毒所麻醉且复增长， 纵然暂时瞒着世人而隐藏， 然具天眼与瑜伽者亦会羞愧。 交合之乐如电光般迅速消失， 然名声衰败、戒律破损等悔恨之， 黑暗于衰老之尽头， 将愈发明显地存在。 于僧众之中昂首挺胸， 无所顾忌如威风凛凛之雄狮， 未被贪欲之刺所刺痛之， 安乐胜过欲乐百千倍。 因此，停止寻求交合之乐吧， 它不会对你造成丝毫损害， 长久安乐幸福且持续不断之， 善果将增长直至生命终结。 如飞蛾扑火般， 于一切所得之中，唯有此一最为甚， 以百般努力勤奋寻求者们， 却未见自身之衰败。 如是知晓之后，对于以众多过患， 折磨自相续之难忍束缚， 知晓女人之身乃是束缚之索， 莫受其支配，珍视获得自主。 无论如何若受贪欲之铁钩所支配， 莫轻视善逝之教诲， 于恭敬奉献之后，以无虚之正直， 安守卑位，莫违背佛法之路。 不希求今生之赞毁， 且具甚深道之诀窍， 希求超越世间之殊胜足迹之， 持咒者们。

In old age, contemplate the happiness of being without regret. The great sages with supreme wisdom, Having perfectly renounced retinues of consorts like precious jewels, Think of dwelling in the forest practicing asceticism while still young. Although adorned with many kinds of qualities, A renunciate who relies on women is not beautiful, Like a gold and silver vessel adorned with hundreds of precious jewels, But filled with excrement and urine. Let alone the endless suffering of the lower realms Arising from broken vows, If you contemplate the faults that arise in this life, You should develop aversion like to poisonous food. The happiness of relying on it once, with fear, doubt, and hardship, Changes like lightning, But the wound of the words that injure with it, Does not diminish as long as you live. His mind is like being seized by a venomous snake, Drunk with the poison of desire, and it grows again. Even if you hide and conceal it from people for a while, The gods and those with yoga will be ashamed. Though the lightning flash of sexual pleasure quickly fades, The darkness of ruined reputation, broken vows, and regret, At the end of old age, Will become more and more apparent. Standing tall in the midst of the monastic community, Fearless and carefree like a confident lion, The happiness of not being stung by the thorn of desire, Is more than a hundred thousand times greater than the pleasure of desire. Therefore, stop seeking the pleasure of sex, It will not harm you in the slightest, The good fruit of lasting happiness and joy, Will grow until the end of your life. Like moths attracted to the light of a lamp, Among all gains, this one is the most excessive, Those who seek it with a hundred diligent efforts, Do not see their own decline. Having understood this, from the unbearable bondage That torments your being with many faults, Knowing that the body of a woman is a snare, Cherish gaining freedom rather than being dominated by it. If you are dominated by the iron hook of desire, Without despising the teachings of the Sugata, Having offered them well, with honesty and without falsehood, Hold a lower position and do not violate the path of Dharma. Without hope for praise or blame in this life, And possessing the essential instructions of the profound path, The mantra holders who aspire to the supreme path beyond this world.
