O beings riding on mounts, even when you have prepared provisions on the path to the supreme and precious Isle of Liberation, when afflicted by the unbearable armies of demons, please, you, the Vajra Mountain, vow to protect us! O blue mountain king embraced by the fire of the final age, please gaze upon me with your sun and moon eyes moving in a terrifying manner, blazing fiercely as before! I beseech you, glorious Achala! For beings attached to their own perceived realms, when tormented by unbearable and diverse fears, and when all other means of protection are abandoned, I prostrate to you who seize fear through remembrance! You are the Buddha who has abandoned the two obscurations, directly seeing the reality of all that is knowable, and knowing all things of time and direction as illusory, there is no difficulty in repelling the armies of demons. With minds that are extremely hasty, we call upon you, the Bhagavan, with utmost urgency. Please consider when is the appropriate time to look upon us with your compassion that is never deceiving! May all the demons and obstacles of all times and directions, whatever is thought of, not move even a hair's breadth. The Vajra Mind, like space, always unmoving, please consider beings, I prostrate to you! Here, my own strength has become extremely weak, and the strength of demons and obstacles has increased, O wrathful king, the supreme power that is unsurpassed, until enlightenment, I take refuge in you! Always unabandoning, with wisdom and compassion, having taken us wretched ones into your care, having dispelled all outer, inner, and secret obstacles, grant us the supreme attainment of victory over the four demonic enemies! Having prayed thus from the depths of my heart, and reciting the ten Vajra syllables, may obstacles be pacified from their roots, and may attainments be obtained as desired. I, the young monk, at the age of twenty-four, with the intense longing of remembering the glorious deity, wrote this as it came to mind. Although there are no ornate words, it is like pure gold. Written by Mipham, may it be auspicious and perfect! Homage to the glorious Heruka, lord of the dakinis, inseparable from the guru! Offering the bliss-great dakini's desire, always, with youth that is deathless, free from aging and decline, may the joy of the bliss-supreme lotus king be bestowed upon the heart stream of these beings.

May it enter into whatever place. 1 The body of bliss-emptiness mudra, free from change and alteration, With the blossoming spring of coemergent bliss in union, Bestowing the great bliss vajra grace upon the heart, May the vast assembly of yidam victors grant auspiciousness. 2 The luminous body from the sphere of dust-free emptiness, Possessing a web of primordial sound and five-colored light, With the dense cloud banks of great bliss dakinis, May it bestow a great rain of blessings upon beings. 3 O noble lady, the very nature of coemergent bliss, Wherever you may temporarily abide, I long for you. Like a continuous rain falling upon a mountain of coal, May you gaze upon this attachment that yearns again and again for changing bliss. 4 Although having extensively followed the four states, Not defiled by the changes of the four states, Your face, radiant like the sun, Is said to be seen by the wise vidyadharas. 5 However much I, with little merit, may seek you, Like the blind seeking a jewel in the sky, There has never been an opportunity to see you, And so, I have become exhausted in body and mind from the weariness of elaboration. 6 Existence is ruined by clinging to objects, And you do not abide at the extreme of negating that. If your nature is not apprehended anywhere, How can the mind of concepts seek your form? 7 I am utterly disturbed by conceptual thought with attachment, And when without thought, I wander in the womb of darkness. What benefit is there for beings in this world who have the sight to see your face, Which abides between the two? 8 At that time, from the hero's prophecy, the fourth chapter, Having found the secret path of the old man, the noble face, Even those who have heard that it is not difficult to see, Hold the hardship of seeking tightly to their breast, thinking it is not apparent. 9 The great fire of desire with attachment blazes in my heart, And in the end, I sink into the turbid ocean of detachment from desire. Even if I look diligently between the two, I have not found your face; who says they can see it? 10 The coemergent body in the sphere of dust-free purity, With a loving, following, blossoming expression, The music of the faultless teachings, With the sound of a lion, breathes into the nectar of the heart, saying this: 11 "Here are the traces of the vidyadharas' departure." What is that which is as vast as the sky? You have not seen it, like a large city on the tip of a needle. You have erred because it is difficult to see, being without the causes of seeing. 12 Or perhaps relying on the power of the supreme method, the object of focus, That also, together with riding the sun and moon.
