སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ལ་བསྟོད་པ་དབུགས་འབྱིན་ཆེན་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བཞུགས་སོ། །ཨོཾ། ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་དུས་གསུམ་བདེ་གཤེགས་སྲས་བཅས་ཀྱི། །སྙིང་རྗེའི་རང་གཟུགས་མགོན་པོ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ནམ་མཁའ་ལྟ་བུར་ཀུན་ཁྱབ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐུ། །ཡོན་ཏན་ཚད་དཔག་མེད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བསྟོད། །ཕྱོགས་དུས་གང་ན་རྒུད་པས་ཉམ་ཐག་པ། །དེ་ཡིས་ཁྱོད་མཚན་དྲན་ཅིང་སྐྱབས་གསོལ་ན། །དེ་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་མཁྱེན་ཅིང་དགོངས་ནས་སུ། །མགོན་དང་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྱུར་ཞེས་དམ་བཅའ་མཛད། །མནར་མེད་དམྱལ་བ་ཆེན་པོར་སོང་རྣམས་ལ། །ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ར་མདའ་མཛད་པའི་མོད་ཉིད་དུ། །མེ་དཔུང་དྲག་ཏུ་འབར་བའི་ཁང་སྒྲོམ་རྣམས། །ཡིད་འོང་པད་ཚལ་བཞད་པའི་རྫིང་བུར་འགྱུར། །རབ་ཏུ་ཉམ་ཐག་བཀྲེས་པས་ཉེན་པ་ཡིས། །ཡི་དྭགས་ཚོགས་ལ་ཟས་སྐོམ་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཆར། །འདོད་དགུར་བསྟབ་ཅིང་དྲི་མེད་ལྷ་ཡི་ལུས། །མོད་ལ་ཐོབ་པའི་སྐལ་བཟང་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་སྦྱིན། །མུན་པའི་འཐིབས་བོར་བླང་དོར་མི་ཤེས་ཤིང་། །རྨོངས་པས་སྙིང་བཀབ་དུད་འགྲོའི་རིགས་རྣམས་ལ། །སྣ་ཚོགས་གཟུགས་ཀྱིས་བདེ་དང་ཐར་པའི་ལམ། །ཅི་དགར་མཐོང་བའི་སྣང་ བ་ཡངས་པོར་འགྱེད། །འདོད་པས་མྱོས་པའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་སད་བྱེད་ཅིང་། །ན་རྒ་འཆི་བས་ཉེན་ལ་དབུགས་དབྱུང་སྩོལ། །ཉོན་མོངས་མདུད་པ་དྲག་པོ་ཐབས་ཀྱིས་དགྲོལ། །སྐྱེ་རྒུའི་གཉེན་མཆོག་མཚུངས་པ་མེད་པ་ཁྱེད། །བརྒལ་དཀའ་སྲིན་མོའི་གླིང་དུ་ཚུད་པ་རྣམས། །བདེ་བར་ཕ་རོལ་སྒྲོལ་བྱེད་རྟའི་རྒྱལ་པོ། །བ་ལ་ཧ་སོགས་རྣམ་མང་གཟུགས་དག་གིས། །རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་སྐྱེ་རྒུའི་དོན་ལ་བརྩོན། །གང་གིས་ཁྱེད་མཚན་དྲན་པའི་མོད་ཉིད་དུ། །འཇིགས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་མི་འཇིགས་མཆོག་སྦྱིན་ཞིང་། །ཇི་ལྟར་འདོད་པའི་རེ་བ་ཡིད་བཞིན་སྐོང་། །འཇིགས་པ་ཀུན་བྲལ་གཏན་བདེའི་གནས་སུ་འདྲེན། །མུ་མེད་ནམ་མཁའི་མུ་ཁྱུད་ཆེས་ཡངས་ཤིང་། །ཐོག་མཐའ་མེད་པའི་དུས་གསུམ་མཐའ་རིང་ལ། །འགྲོ་བའི་ལས་སྣང་འདི་ཡང་ཚད་མེད་ཀྱང་། །དེ་སྙེད་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་རྣམ་ཐར་རྒྱ་མཚོས་ཁྱབ། །ཤེས་བྱའི་ཁོང་ན་ཕན་བདེ་ཅི་མཆིས་པ། །འགྲོ་འདིར་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་མ་བསྟབས་གང་ཡང་མེད། །སྲས་བཅས་རྒྱལ་བའི་རྣམ་ཐར་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཡང་། །ཁྱོད་དང་དོན་གཅིག་མཉམ་པ་ཉིད་དུ་ཞུགས། །ཨོཾ་ནི་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་རྟག་པའི་བདག །སྐུ་ལྔ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་དང་ཡེ་ནས་ལྡན། །རིགས་བདག་རྒྱལ་བ་མཆོག་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་པ། །མཉམ་ཉིད་ནམ་མཁའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཁྱེད་ལ་འདུད། །མ་ནི་ཆོས་དབྱིངས་ཡུམ་གྱི་མཁའ་དབྱིངས་སུ། །འགྲོ་ཀུན་བདེ་བར

名为《观世音赞·大出气》之作。嗡。（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）十方三世善逝及诸佛子之， 慈悲之自性怙主观世音， 如虚空般周遍之智慧身， 向功德无量者顶礼赞叹。 无论何时何地，因衰败而困顿者， 彼等若忆念您之名号并祈求救护， 您即刻知晓并垂念， 发誓成为彼等之怙主与救护。 对于堕入无间大地狱之众生， 您以慈悲之箭矢射向彼等， 刹那间，烈火熊熊燃烧之铁室， 化为令人心旷神怡之莲花盛开之池塘。 对于极度困顿、遭受饥饿折磨的， 饿鬼众生，降下食物、饮料、甘露之雨， 随意施予，并赐予无垢天人之身， 您赐予迅速获得之幸运。 对于被黑暗笼罩、不知取舍， 被愚昧蒙蔽心灵之畜生道众生， 以种种形象，开示安乐与解脱之道， 随意施予广阔光明之景象。 您唤醒沉溺于欲望之天神， 救济遭受衰老、疾病、死亡威胁者， 以方便法解开强烈之烦恼结， 您是众生无与伦比之殊胜亲友。 对于陷入难以逾越之罗刹洲者， 您化为使彼等安乐渡过彼岸之马王， 如巴拉哈等众多形象， 以种种方式勤奋利益众生。 无论何者，忆念您名号之刹那间， 即赐予无畏之殊胜， 并如其所愿满足一切愿望， 引导至远离一切怖畏之恒常安乐之地。 无垠虚空之边际极为广阔， 无始无终之三世漫长无涯， 众生之业力显现亦无量无边， 然您之无量传记却遍布一切。 于所知之中，凡有利益与安乐者， 您无不施予此世间。 诸佛子及诸佛之传记大海， 亦与您意义相同，融入平等性中。 嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）乃大乐、常恒之主， 本自具足五身、五智， 与种姓之主、至尊胜者无别， 向平等性虚空之王您顶礼。 玛（藏文：མ，梵文天城体：म，梵文罗马拟音：ma，汉语字面意思：玛）乃法界之母于虚空界， 令一切众生安乐

Herein lies the Praise to Avalokiteśvara called "The Great Exhalation". Om. (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om) To the Sugatas with their sons of the ten directions and three times, To the protector Avalokiteśvara, the embodiment of compassion, To the all-pervading wisdom body like the sky, I prostrate and praise the immeasurable qualities. Wherever and whenever someone is afflicted by decline, If they remember your name and ask for refuge, You immediately know and consider them, You vow to become their protector and refuge. For those who have gone to the great hell of Avīci, The moment you aim the arrow of compassion at them, The iron chambers where the fire blazes fiercely, Turn into ponds where delightful lotus groves bloom. To the assembly of pretas who are extremely distressed and threatened by hunger, You shower down food, drink, and nectar like rain, Granting them whatever they desire, and the immaculate body of a god, You bestow the good fortune of obtaining it quickly. To the animal realms whose minds are covered by the darkness of ignorance, unable to distinguish between what to accept and reject, You spread the path of happiness and liberation in various forms, You bestow the vast expanse of light in which they can see as they wish. You awaken the gods who are intoxicated by desire, You grant relief to those threatened by old age, sickness, and death, You skillfully untie the strong knots of affliction, You are the incomparable supreme friend of beings. To those who have entered the impassable island of rakshasis, You transform into the king of horses, such as Balaha, who carries them safely to the other shore, In various forms, you diligently work for the benefit of beings. The moment anyone remembers your name, You bestow the supreme fearlessness upon those who are afraid, You fulfill their wishes as they desire, You lead them to the state of eternal bliss, free from all fear. The expanse of limitless sky is extremely vast, The three times without beginning or end are infinitely long, The karmic appearances of beings are also immeasurable, Yet your countless biographies pervade all of them. Whatever benefit and happiness exists within the realm of knowledge, There is nothing that you have not bestowed upon this world. The ocean of biographies of the Buddhas and their sons, Also enters into the same meaning as you, into equality. Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om) is the lord of great bliss and permanence, Inherently endowed with the five bodies and five wisdoms, Inseparable from the lord of the family, the supreme Victorious One, I bow to you, the king of equality and space. Ma (藏文：མ，梵文天城体：म，梵文罗马拟音：ma，汉语字面意思：Ma) is the mother of the dharmadhatu in the sphere of space, Bringing happiness to all beings.
