It is only the land of the Buddha. If those four are abandoned, the ultimate qualities such as strength and the ocean of Buddha's Dharma will be manifested, which is the manifestation of the qualities of the Dharmadhatu. Therefore, this is only the lineage of the Buddha, not the lineage of the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, etc. Because it is inseparable from the qualities of Buddhahood. Now, if you ask whether the mind streams of sentient beings such as dogs and pigs have the wisdom of the ten powers, the qualities of the wisdom of the ten powers are originally present in the Sugatagarbha of those beings' minds. Because it is the quality of its own nature, if there is a realm, there is a quality, but it does not manifest. Just as a sword has the function of cutting, but when it is in its sheath, the function of cutting cannot be manifested. Just as a mirror has the quality of being able to reflect images, but when it is placed in a box, it cannot be manifested. Similarly, the qualities of the realm are not visible due to the obscurations present in the stream of the individual who possesses self-continuity. Moreover, if the nature of his own mind, the emptiness endowed with all perfections, does not manifest, then how can qualities manifest? Therefore, considering this non-manifestation, some say that "there is only the cause for generating the ten powers, but it does not actually exist." Such a statement may be valid under that method of analysis. If the cause for generating is a conditioned mind, then it is difficult to prove that every mind can generate the ten powers. If the mind itself does it by purifying the two obscurations and habitual tendencies, then this is the quality of the unconditioned Dharmadhatu, and it cannot be a cause for maturation. Such a realm is said to be the nature of the mind, luminosity, and innate mind. It never ceases, and although its essence is emptiness and has no object or characteristic, it is not merely emptiness, but self-luminous without characteristics. We also agree that the wisdom of the ten powers is not manifest in the Sugatagarbha of the mind stream that has not exhausted obscurations. But it is not that it is absent in the Dharmadhatu of the qualities of the supreme Dharma, but because there are obscurations that prevent it from manifesting. If the essence of the realm itself is not originally endowed with the qualities of the Buddha, then even if such a realm exists, it will not accomplish the Buddha's lineage, just like emptiness. Therefore, the Dharmadhatu

Is it the inherent clear light? Is it self-arisen wisdom? Is it the innate mind's clear light? The term "Tathāgatagarbha" refers to the same thing. This is the Buddha-nature. When it exists in a defiled continuum, it is the potential to become a Buddha, and when one becomes a Buddha, it is manifest. Even if it is the potential to become a Buddha, there is no difference in terms of past and future in the nature of the unconditioned, because the essence is immutable. In terms of appearance, it is possible to express terms of abiding transformation. By demonstrating that there is such a Buddha-nature, one abandons the five faults and becomes irreversible in unsurpassed enlightenment. These five faults arise from not having heard that the Tathāgatagarbha exists in all sentient beings. This is the key to accomplishing the ultimate One Vehicle, and it is also the key to the Vajrayana's mind being primordially enlightened. Maṅgalam! An exclamation. The proponent of Other-Emptiness said to the other party: The subject, emptiness, should be truly established, because it is established by the valid cognition that examines ultimate truth, and because it is an object, is able to withstand examination, and is the object of attainment. The other party accepts the other reason. It is able to withstand examination, because it is not unable to withstand examination. If the reason is not established, then the valid cognition that examines meaning is not establishing emptiness, because it is being prevented. It is pervasive, because if the valid cognition that examines meaning does not observe that it is able to withstand examination, then it is not ultimate truth. If it observes and does not establish, then because there is no valid cognition that establishes emptiness, emptiness will never be established. The line of reasoning arranged in this way is reasonable, because it is established by the valid cognition that examines conventional truth, and because it is an object, is able to withstand examination, and is the object of attainment, these exist in conventional truth, and the reverse of the four, such as being established by it, must be admitted to not exist in conventional truth. Furthermore, the subject, emptiness, should exist in ultimate truth, because it exists in the realm of the wisdom that realizes ultimate truth without error. It should be so, because it is the realm of the samadhi of the noble ones. If it is not in the realm, it will become not a realm. In this way, the subject, a pot, should exist in conventional truth, because it appears or exists in the realm of the wisdom that realizes conventional truth without error. Just as the unerring eye consciousness perceives a pot. Therefore, emptiness exists in ultimate truth, and because it is established by the valid cognition that examines ultimate truth, it will become truly established. Immutable.
