All dharmas are ultimate truth. All dharmas of samsara, which arise from the power of disharmony, can be established as relative truth. If measured by the valid cognition that examines terms, all appearances of body and wisdom are not produced by afflictive emotions and confusion, but arise from the power of correct wisdom, and because they are not tainted by obscurations, they are established as true and not deceptive. The dharmas of samsara are the opposite of this, and therefore cannot be established as true. The truth or untruth of this is established by the valid cognition that examines terms of non-deception and deception. In this way, that which has an object where the abiding and appearance are in harmony is called wisdom, which is without grasping and being grasped. That which grasps in disharmony is called consciousness, which has grasping and being grasped. For the object of wisdom where the abiding and appearance are in harmony, because the harm of valid cognition has been shown, there is never anything that can reverse it, so it is stable. If we take a worldly example, it is like the mind that grasps a rope. For an object where the abiding and appearance are not in harmony, valid cognition can show its harm. If harm is seen, it will reverse, so it is unstable, like the mind that grasps a snake. Therefore, in the Sutra of Inexhaustible Intelligence, it is said, "Wisdom is permanent, consciousness is impermanent." If explained from the point of view of continuity, it will fit into the minds of those with little intelligence. If explained from the point of view of essence, and not momentary, then this wisdom that is non-dual with the expanse is not different from the nature of reality, so it is established as permanent. Even if it is established, its activities and the three qualities of knowledge, compassion, and power that guide sentient beings appear sequentially in the minds of the sentient beings themselves and appear impermanent, but they do not know that it is permanent, because for consciousness that has not been transformed, there is no way to appear from it. For fruits that grow sequentially, it seems that the sky at that time is opening up, but if it is not the time for each fruit to grow, the sky cannot open up. If we consider it from the point of view of the growth of fruits, the sky that opened up last year is not the opening up of this year, because if it were, it would have to open up all at once, so the sky also seems to be doing the work of opening up the fruits sequentially. It should be understood that this is like the fact that for the unconditioned sky, the meaning of impermanence cannot be established. If someone asks, "In this way, the Lord is permanent, so can it also be established that he performs the function of producing the container and its contents?" It is not the same, because the Lord is asserted to be substantial.

In terms of acceptance, it is different from the great uncreated assembly of Buddhas, and the primordial union of the dharmadhatu can be verified by ultimate reasoning, and there is no reason to establish a permanent and singular sovereign. Furthermore, the sovereign is the cause of the arising of the container and its contents, but the Buddha does not create any sentient beings, but rather acts as a condition of benefit and happiness for sentient beings born from karma and afflictions. As stated in the Uttaratantra, "The meaning of unborn form, etc.," upon careful consideration, like the sky, it is free from all causes and conditions. This is the meaning of what is said. The dharmadhatu is unchanging like the sky. The appearance of karma is like illusion, and the appearance of wisdom is also not beyond its scope. In reality, the dharmadhatu has not acted as a cause for the arising of any dharma, but the appearance of self-appearance of samsara and nirvana arises from the combination of causes and conditions, and the dharmadhatu reveals like the sky. Therefore, liberation and delusion arise from the nature of the primordial dharmadhatu, abide therein, and dissolve therein. As stated in the Kalachakra, "From whence arise the three realms, etc." The realm of beginningless time, as well as the Tathagatagarbha, is also the dharmadhatu that possesses all virtues. The dharmadhatu or emptiness is the reality, or because of existence, it is focused upon, thereby obtaining transformation, therefore, if there is no uncontaminated root and all its objects, it cannot arise, but the dharmadhatu has no discrimination and action of arising. If it does not exist, then it is reasonable to accept that the cause of non-arising is reasonable. The power of the Buddha's past aspirations is the real connection of cause and condition, but now the Buddha has no conceptualization of this, but rather appears as the dharmakaya's activity spontaneously accomplished. Auspicious! Again, when establishing the ultimate truth of the various nominal categories that appear to the mind in the respective parts of the two truths, all dharmas exist nominally, but if examined by the ultimate truth, they are not established, therefore, the self-nature is emptiness, which is the union of appearance and emptiness. It is not merely existence or merely non-existence, therefore it is not any one of the separate appearance and emptiness. If appearance does not understand emptiness, then this appearance needs to be able to withstand examination, but that is impossible. If emptiness does not appear, then all dharmas that cannot be found by ultimate truth examination
