The act of. Samadhi is the four causes of body growth. The end of birth is death, and the end of gathering is separation. The end of accumulation is exhaustion, and the end of height is fall, these four ends. For these sentient worlds, let's briefly mention some categories of Dharma. Hell beings, hungry ghosts, animals, long-lived gods, barbarians (referring to areas where the Dharma has not spread), those with wrong views, mutes, and empty times when Buddhas do not appear, these eight unfavorable conditions. Reborn as a human, possessing abilities, born in the central region (referring to areas where the Dharma flourishes), not reversing the results of karma, having faith and autonomy, a king appears, proclaims the Dharma, the teachings abide, able to rely on a virtuous friend, possessing these other five favorable conditions. The eight freedoms of being free from the eight unfavorable conditions, and possessing the ten favorable conditions, are the basis for practicing the Dharma. The obscurations of karma, afflictions, and maturation, are divided into three types. Abiding in a suitable place, relying on a supreme person, having good wishes oneself, and also having accumulated merit in the past. Because of possessing the favorable conditions for practicing the Dharma, it is called the four great wheels. For Dharma, meaning, desire, and liberation, being perfectly complete is called the four categories. Long life without illness, having a beautiful appearance, good fortune, high caste, abundant wealth, and great wisdom, these are the seven qualities of the heavenly realms. Obtaining, happiness, fame, praise, and desires, as well as the suffering of not obtaining, unpleasant sounds, and scolding, these are unwanted, and are called the eight worldly dharmas. Decline of lifespan, decline of times, decline of afflictions, decline of views, and decline of sentient beings, these five degenerations. Although the types of suffering of sentient beings are immeasurable, in short, there are the suffering of suffering, as well as the suffering of change, and the pervasive suffering of conditioning. These are called the three fundamental sufferings. Birth, old age, sickness, death, separation from loved ones, encountering dislikes, not obtaining what is desired, and the five aggregates of grasping are the nature of suffering, the eight types of suffering are proclaimed. The cause of arising is karma and afflictions, first are the types of karma, the karma that appears and the karma that is experienced, similarly defiled and undefiled, expressive and non-expressive karma, powerful and weak karma, karma that has been done and accumulated and karma that has not been accumulated, karma that propels and karma that completes, virtuous actions and non-virtuous actions, karma of mind and thought, the three karmas of body, speech, and mind, virtuous, non-virtuous, and neutral, meritorious, non-meritorious, and unwavering, experiencing pleasure, pain, and equanimity, the three types of maturation.
