Because, just as a burned seed does not grow again, samsara is completely ceased, so it is true liberation. If someone thinks, just as the path arises in the continuum of beings, will faults also arise in the continuum where the practice of the path has reached its culmination? It is not so. Because, the nature of the mind is not established as inseparable from the faults of self-view, etc., but is only temporarily deluded by the conditions of the mind, like a rope with patterns mistaken for a snake. Even when the condition of finding the antidote that can counteract it, that is, realizing the meaning of selflessness, etc., is obtained, just as light dispels darkness, the faults of self-view, etc., cannot stand. Then, when the practice of the antidote has reached its culmination, what need is there to say? Because from the wisdom that possesses the nature of the antidote, there is no reason to reverse it. What is that? Because the antidotes such as selflessness are without the faults of the cause and effect of the suffering of samsara, or without harm, so one will not strive to turn the mind away from it. Even if it is without harm, if there is harm in reason, it may be abandoned. But that is the true meaning established by reason, so no matter when harm is seen, it will not be abandoned, and effort cannot reverse it. Even if there is no harm in reason, it will not be lost because the mind and the antidote are separated by forgetfulness, etc. Because when practice has reached its culmination, the mind itself naturally becomes the nature of the antidote, or becomes its own nature, even if one strives to fabricate and cling to incompatible aspects, it cannot be reversed, because the mind does not abandon the true aspect of the antidote, just as the wisdom that knows there is no snake on the patterned rope does not give the snake-clinger a chance. As it is said in the Commentary on Valid Cognition: "Harmless and true meaning, reversing the nature, even if diligent, it does not turn, because the mind holds to that side." Just as it is said. Moreover, the nature of the mind is luminous, having abandoned all temporary stains, becoming the great essence of self-nature purity, is the ultimate state of transformation where abandonment and realization are complete. The Dharmakaya of the Buddha, although its qualities are immeasurable, in short, is that which has gone beyond purity, bliss, permanence, etc. How is it? The essence of the Dharmadhatu is naturally pure, just as it is, the realization of the two selflessnesses...
