Knowing the activity of Rulu: The rays of Rulu radiate outwards, offering to the noble ones, urging the samaya, and accomplishing the benefit of beings. Then, contemplate that it dissolves back into your own heart, which is the recitation and visualization of the activity of accomplishing the two benefits. Visualize that the white light of Rulu pacifies, the yellow light increases, the red light subjugates, and the black light performs wrathful activities. Then, whatever activity you initiate will be accomplished as desired. Fifth, knowing how to offer to Rulu: From Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), with the light of the five wisdoms, pleasing the noble ones and fulfilling the samaya. The upper Rulu, with the power of samadhi wisdom, emanates flowers and other outer offerings. The lower Rulu emanates goddesses of the five desires, offering inner offerings. From Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:huṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), the light of bodhicitta radiates, offering to the mandala deities, and obtaining the secret accomplishment of mind, which is the secret offering. Sixth, knowing the melody of Rulu: As it is said, singing six songs accomplishes six meanings. Thus, when reciting the melody of Rulu, one should distinguish the melodies as follows: Reciting with the melody of exhaling the breath of Phurba burns away the afflictive thoughts that are like firewood; reciting with a pleading melody subdues all the wicked and urges the mind-stream of the wisdom deities; reciting with the melody of pronouncing the syllables of the mantra clarifies the true meaning and dispels the darkness of ignorance; reciting with a deep, thunderous melody scatters the demons and heretics to dust; reciting with the roaring melody of Vajra Rakshasa, great compassion is like fire, burning away the firewood of afflictions; reciting with the guiding method of Brahma's melody subjugates all matrikas and dakinis. Seventh, knowing the approach of Rulu: Visualize yourself clearly as Heruka, in the center of the eight-petaled heart jewel, surrounded by eight Rulu syllables, in the center of which, from Ah (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), a moon seat the size of a pea is created, upon which is the wisdom being, in the heart of which, from Ma (藏文:མ,梵文天城体:म,梵文罗马拟音:ma,汉语字面意思:嘛), a sun disc the size of a mustard seed is created, in the center of which is a vajra the size of a barleycorn, in the center of the vajra, Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:huṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is written with a hair, surrounded by eight Rulu syllables, and outside the vajra, also visualize being surrounded by eight Rulu syllables, and thus visualize and perform the approach.

Eighth, to know the suchness of reality as the nature of reality, that is, to know that all dharmas do not arise from anywhere and that the unoriginated nature of dharmas is the great equality, in the single unique bindu of true wisdom, this is the practice of the heart of the great glorious one, which is the definitive meaning. Third, explaining in conjunction with the generation stage's recitation and practice, it refers to the fact that the three aspects of body, speech, and mind of the vidyadhara practitioners, and the body, speech, and mind of the great glorious one, are originally non-dual and inseparable. Achieving this nature is the sole attainment of the great glorious one, like a vajra. This is the unoriginated dharmakaya, the un ceasing sambhogakaya, abiding in the nature of the various manifestations of the nirmanakaya. In order to manifest this nature as it is, one enters through the four methods of recitation, near recitation, practice, and great practice. First, the recitation: in the sky, visualize the letter བྷཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, भूं, bhūṃ, seed syllable) in red-black color, filling the space, from which light radiates, accomplishing the two benefits. Then, gathering it back, visualize a red jewel filling the space, from which appears a palace with all the characteristics, along with the seats of the various deities. On the central seat, visualize the nature of one's own bodhicitta, appearing as a white, round bindu. This is the recitation. This bindu transforms into a dark blue ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, हुं, hūṃ, seed syllable), which is the near recitation. The ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, हुं, hūṃ, seed syllable) transforms into a five-pronged vajra, which is the practice. By urging with ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, हुं, hūṃ, seed syllable) ཧ་ཧེ་ཕཊཿ (Tibetan, हा हे फट्, hā he phaṭ, subduing), visualize oneself as a dark blue Vajra Heruka, with three faces and six arms, the right face white, the left face red, the middle face dark blue, with four legs in a stretched and bent posture, adorned with the eight charnel ground ornaments, abiding in the midst of a blazing fire. This is the complete body, which is the great practice. Among them, the right white face is the nature of the body, and Kauri Ma; the left red face is the nature of speech, and Pramoha; the middle dark blue face is the nature of mind, and the great glorious one himself. In the hands, the first hand holds a five-pronged vajra at the heart, purifying the eye consciousness, and Tsauri Ma; the second hand holds a khatvanga, purifying the ear consciousness, and Vetali; the third hand holds a small drum, purifying the nose consciousness, and Pukkasi; the left hand, with a bell resting on the hip, purifying the tongue consciousness, and Ghasmari; the middle hand holds a skull cup filled with blood, purifying the body consciousness, and Smeshani; the last hand holds a snare of intestines, purifying the afflicted mind, and Chandali. All the ornaments are connected with offerings. The eight-petaled lotus represents the eight flesh-eating goddesses such as Simhala, and appears red.
