When enemies of the Dharma arise, accompanied by the coded language of "reversing the Buddha's enemies." The first clap of the hands signifies arousing the glorious blood-drinkers from the expanse. The middle clap signifies arousing the female messengers from the expanse. The final clap signifies urging the action dakinis into action, thereby building the fortress of the teachings, which is called the yogi's three coded languages. Then, communicate with the glorious horse sound, control with the arrogant sound of the Matrikas and the coded language of the empty yogis, thereby performing actions, which is called the expedient horse sound for taming beings. Thus, summarizing the meaning of all those horse sounds, it can be gathered into two aspects: contemplating the view of the horse sound and acting with the horse sound. The first includes two types: the horse sound of essential meaning and the horse sound of secret mantra essence. The first further includes: the horse sound of self-nature essential meaning, the horse sound of awareness essential meaning, and the horse sound of non-dual essential meaning. The first is realizing that all dharmas are unconditioned and equal, which is the definitive meaning of Hayagriva. The second is that from that state, self-awareness manifests as the body of the great glorious Hayagriva, originally unconditioned. The third is that such appearance and emptiness, skillful means and wisdom, the two truths, the expanse of primordiality, etc., are non-dual, and in the mandala of the non-dual great bliss glorious Hayagriva, all phenomena of existence and samsara are realized, which is the horse sound of essential meaning, the explanation of the view. The second is the horse sound of secret mantra essence, which is the horse sound combining the horse's gait and the stages of the vehicle, and the secret mantra combining the path and the qualities of the horse, the three distinctions are: the path of the profound yoga of glorious Hayagriva is the pinnacle of the vehicle, traversing the path and stages simultaneously, and showing the greatness that surpasses other secret mantras. This also implies meditation in meaning. The second aspect is about acting with the horse sound, including the expedient horse sound for taming beings and the great glorious horse sound. The first is divided into three: three glorious horse sounds, three arrogant sounds of the Matrikas, and three yogi's coded languages. The three glorious horse sounds are: the first is the horse sound urging the samaya, the second is the horse sound guiding the command, and the third is the horse sound accomplishing the action. The three arrogant songs of the Matrikas are: the terrifying sound of great self-power, the blessed substance

The tone of speech. There are three kinds of majestic sounds that arise in fierce activities. There are three kinds of symbolic languages of yogis: body language, speech language, and mind language. The horse sound of great glory is: the wrathful form of Padma Kragthung, which subdues all things. As it is said, do not be near the eight classes of gods and demons. If the signs do not appear, and one does not listen to the distribution, in order to stir up the rule of the eight classes, I, Padma Wangchen, have a clear, stable, and qualified samadhi. If I utter the horse sound three times, all the eight classes of phenomena and existence will be startled like wild yaks, gathering involuntarily like flies on rotten meat, and acting like slaves of the king's law. Therefore, one who possesses such meaning is the yogi of Hayagriva. It is said. There are various ways of establishing the meaning of such a horse sound, but in the end, they all converge on self-born wisdom. As it is said, the meaning of one horse sound is also like this, placing self-born wisdom in a single bindu. Not only at this time, but the meaning of all other practice sections must also be placed in that core. Third, all the practices of the true mind are shown to be gathered in the meaning of the eight kinds of grains such as "ru lu". There are four kinds of explanations for this: explaining in conjunction with the view, explaining in conjunction with the practice of activities, explaining in conjunction with the recitation and practice of the generation stage, and explaining in conjunction with the perfection stage of the pith instructions. First, the so-called "true" in general means without obscuration. All the dharmas of samsara and nirvana, without duality, abide in the single bindu of the self-born wisdom of equality. That alone is the true mind wisdom of all the Buddhas of the three times, therefore it is called "true". Therefore, all dharmas naturally accomplish in the mandala of the body, speech, and mind, the great mudra, which is the true accomplishment. That is the all-pervading great glorious one of all lineages, therefore it is called the only one. As it is said in the Heruka Tantra: The true accomplishment is the only one, all the Buddhas of great bliss are gathered, the yoga is profound, the three bodies are complete, the dakini is illusory, the bliss of great bliss. And as it is said in the Samyogasutra: This is the self-born Bhagavan, the only one is great.
