If both arguments are based on a common example and are admitted from the Buddha's teachings, then that sign is established in the Buddha's teachings that consciousness and pleasure are subject to arising and ceasing. The Samkhya school itself admits that sentient beings (purusha) are permanent and therefore have no arising and ceasing. They believe that such sentient beings are the basis of bondage and liberation and are the subject of abandoning and accepting bodies. However, if consciousness and pleasure are newly arising and completely destroyed, this is not established in the Samkhya school itself, then there is no reason to think that they are subject to arising and ceasing just because Buddhists admit it. Therefore, this argument will not become a correct argument. Even if they are considered to be subject to arising and ceasing, this will not prove that they are unconscious. Because conscious beings have no arising and ceasing, this is only the Samkhya school's wish, not the nature of things, because consciousness itself is impermanent. Therefore, although such a sign cannot prove anything, temporarily here, from the perspective of not seeing it oneself, but others seeing or wishing it, this is only pointing out a mistake, that this cannot become an argument for one's own wishes. Second, in order to prove the rationality that merely being seen by others cannot become an argument, there are three parts: brief statement, detailed explanation, and refutation of arguments. First, if it is not seen by oneself through valid cognition (pramana), why can't it become an argument? If it is not seen by oneself through valid cognition, but is only well-known in other schools, then this is only what is said in the teachings of those schools. If this definite valid cognition does not arise in one's own continuum, then it is not through the power of valid cognition that negation and affirmation are done, but only through teachings, which is unreasonable. Because first, after fully examining through the valid cognition of the three examinations, the completely pure teachings are considered to be extremely hidden and non-deceptive teachings, and then this teaching is fully accepted. Therefore, it is through later inference that the teachings are purified, not through the teachings that the later inference is purified. When examining the third object of measurement, one relies on pure teachings, otherwise, for the object of inference, merely the words of the teachings themselves are not considered valid cognition. Just as when examining whether there is a vase here in front of a sighted person, there is no need to rely on a yogi. If for the object of inference, merely the words of the teachings become valid cognition, then all that is said from various contradictory teachings

In these senses, inference does not intervene to distinguish between right and wrong, because the meaning is established by mere words. Even so, since the scriptures of both internal and external schools have various meanings, if everything stated in the scriptures is established in meaning, then truth and falsehood cannot be distinguished, so inference intervenes in the meaning of the scriptures. If it intervenes, then scripture alone cannot become a valid measure for the object of inference. Second, the scriptures of others cannot establish one's own assertions. If one's own scriptures do not have real power, that is not possible. First, state the reason and refute its answer. First, in order to harm the meaning of establishing wisdom and happiness as mind from the Buddhist scriptures, in order to establish the opposite of this, the absence of wisdom and happiness, since the Buddhist scriptures are stated as the arguer, therefore, when other Buddhist scriptures in this way establish the Samkhya's own intention, the Samkhya itself thinks that the scripture is not a correct scripture, because that Buddhist scripture is not suitable as a valid measure, therefore, everything established by that scripture is not correctly established, because it is like admitting someone as a liar and wanting to use his words as an argument. Second, untested scriptures cannot be used as arguments alone. In terms of attachment, it cannot be established either. First, if someone says that it is established for those who admit to possessing that scripture, then, what is the relationship between which person and that scripture that exists naturally? Because there is no natural relationship between scripture and person. In this case, when analyzing the meaning of the scripture through inference, if that scripture is harmed by a valid measure, then how is that scripture established for the analyst? Because it is not established. If so, then saying that possessing it is established is meaningless. Therefore, you think that Buddhist scriptures are not valid measures, and if they are not valid measures, then it cannot be said that the person who admits it possesses it. Second, even if the scripture is not a valid measure, but if one admits it with attachment without understanding, thinking that the scripture is established, that is not the case. If one admits the arising and ceasing, etc., mentioned in the Buddhist scriptures with attachment, then one also admits that there is no wisdom and happiness, which contradicts the admission that wisdom and happiness exist in the mind, then how can the proposition that you want to establish be established? It will not be established. If from the sign of admitting arising and ceasing, the Samkhya's, which is different from the meaning of the Buddhist scriptures,
