If only what is appropriate to the occasion is to be established by reason, then everything seen in the treatise needs to be made the object of establishment for that occasion. If so, then for that kind of rule, saying that the example and reason are not established, for the proponent, it would become a fallacy, because one does not fully consider the object to be established in one's own occasion as the characteristic of the object to be established, but considers all the meanings of the treatise as the object to be established. If so, then in some treatises there are also instances where examples and reasons are not established, and that would also become the object to be established, because in any case the debater considers it to be the object to be established. One cannot think so, because what is not established cannot be established by anyone. Even if it is not established, if one conceals the faults and tries to establish it by deceptive means, how can such a debater be said to be a person who speaks reasonably? Furthermore, in faultless treatises, although there is actually no establishment of examples and reasons that are not established as reasons for establishment, examples and reasons that are not established will also become the object of expression of the treatise at some times, and, in the view of the Samkhyas, when the Buddhist establishes "sound is impermanent, because it is produced," that reason for establishment also has no rejection of establishment, and there is also the intention to measure, and it is also the meaning of the treatise, therefore the debater will become the fallacy of proposing. If that happens, the characteristics of the object to be established and the reason for establishment will be confused. Secondly, after generally throwing out the fallacy like that, considering how the situation where only the object accepted by the debater becomes the object to be established will ultimately be, thereby preventing the opponent's answer is: If you say that even if it is the meaning spoken in the treatise, but the example and reason that are spoken as the reason for establishment are not established, etc., it will not become the fallacy of proposing, because it is prevented by the distinction of saying the phrase "wanting to be the characteristic of the subject," then, according to your statement, using the reason that considers all the meanings of the treatise as the object to be established, the result obtained in that way is only words, and there is no change. That is to say, if according to the distinction of words, the object that the debater himself wants to establish is the object to be established, although it is established in that way, but if one considers all the meanings of the treatise as the object to be established, then the reason for establishment spoken in the treatise will also be considered as the object to be established, and it will also be obtained in meaning. If you think so, what fault will there be? If you think that it is the object to be established at some times, then, the establishment of one's own occasion

Now, those that are established also have times when they need to be established again in front of others, so all proofs become what is to be proven. At this time, because the other party says "only," it is said that one should not say that the proof is cut off, because the word "only" cannot establish the way of proof spoken of in the treatises that cut off the proofs of a certain kind of combination, so it is not said, or, from the "Determination of Validity," it is said that there is no fault in saying an auxiliary word, but it is also said that one cannot prevent what is obtained by reason. If it is said that such an example, the proponent does not want to establish, so it is not what is to be proven, then, now the proponent's own intention has become strong, so even if it becomes the meaning of the treatise, the proponent himself does not want to establish other dharmas as the immediate object of proof, then because it hinders the meaning of other scriptures that should not be established, what contradiction is there to the sign's own object of proof? Because the correct sign is certain to be similar without relying on the scriptures. Therefore, in general, for the scriptures that one has promised, thinking that promising this is valid, it does not matter if it contradicts or hinders this, such a proponent is completely upside down, and that is very unreasonable. However, when establishing any meaning spoken of in the scriptures by direct perception, only by examining the relationship between the sign and what is to be proven with reason, if it is well established, then the object of proof can be established by that alone, without relying on the meaning of the scriptures. After it is established in that way, it is impossible to have correct scriptures that show contradictions before and after for one meaning. Because of being shown in accordance with the minds of the beings to be tamed, those that appear to be contradictory in the meaning of the scriptures that are straightforward and hidden, with intention and necessity, are not contradictory in the way of hindering reality, and ultimately enter into the ultimate meaning, as the great chariots have already established, one should know. Second, saying the word "self" is meaningless, preventing the throwing of ashes and avoiding faults. First, even when examining by direct perception, all the meanings of the treatises are the subject, and merely separating the proponent's own intention alone becomes meaningful outside the nature of the subject, so when speaking of the nature of the subject, saying the word "self" incidentally is also meaningless, because the "Determination of Validity"
