That is to say, it is impossible to say that greed, hatred, etc., which arise in various uncertain states, arise from wind, etc. Regardless of the view of any school, if it is admitted that greed, etc., are determined by the different differences of similar habits inherited from beginningless time, then there will be no fault in accusing others as mentioned above. Because due to the different habits in the minds of sentient beings, greed, etc., have different strengths and weaknesses, and the ways in which they arise in the face of objects are different, there are various different states. Second, refute entities and arguments. First, by analyzing that wind, etc., are not the Dharma of greed, hatred, etc., it also negates that greed, hatred, etc., are the Dharma produced by earth, etc. Because the internal four elements, the earth and water realms are called saliva, the hot fire realm is called bile, and the breath and other realms are called wind. Therefore, it is believed that greed arises from earth and water, hatred arises from fire and wind, and ignorance arises from those with more water and wind, which is also refuted by the shifting argument. Therefore, semen, etc., as a common factor of the body's four elements, produces feelings of happiness, etc., just like the root consciousness arises from the root, it is an auxiliary function. The internal touch as the meaning of what is taken is also an auxiliary factor to the mind, but these elements are not the proximate cause of consciousness. In addition, because the previously existing support is also negated, the four elements are not the support on which greed, etc., have already been established. Second, refute the contradictory explanation of the meaning of the scriptures. At that time, refute the argument. First, if these four elements are not the support, then in the Abhidharma, it is said that form, etc., are made of the four elements, and these depend on the four elements. Isn't this a contradiction? If it is said that way, then it is not said that form dharmas such as white, etc., and things made of fragrance, taste, touch, etc., do not help each other and depend on each other when they exist simultaneously with earth, etc. So what is it? If it is said that form, etc., depend on earth, etc., then if it is said from the situation where they do not exist at the same time, then the previous four elements are the cause of the fruit, which is made of the four elements, meaning that it arises depending on that cause.

Or does it have the meaning indicated by the word "support"? Or, the present form, etc., exists without difference from its own dependent arising particles, therefore it is the basis or support. Otherwise, if it is said to be the support of prior or later cause and effect, or if the essence is said to be the support without difference, then it is not reasonable, because there is no benefit, as shown above, it is established by reason. Second part: Refuting the argument that non-difference is not established, this is not the same as the views of others. First point: If they exist simultaneously, then the statement that the support and the supported are non-different is unreliable. Even if the support, the wine, and the power of the supported, the wine, exist simultaneously, if it is said that the ability to get drunk, etc., is different from the wine, it is because after the wine has been stored for a long time, it loses the ability to get drunk and becomes very sour, which is called "tsa" (sour), in which case, even if the wine is still there, it has no ability. And the power of poison, and the removal of the heat of fire by mantras, etc. Similarly, arising and formation, etc., are not non-different, but different, but it is reasonable to be the support at the same time. If someone says: The word "ability" does not have any other meaning for that thing. For example, for seeds, etc., the ability to produce sprouts refers to the nature of the seed itself, and the word "ability" is used to express it in an understandable way. If it is different from the thing itself, then the seed itself is not the nature of producing sprouts, but needs other "abilities" to produce. If that is the case, the ability will become infinite. In fact, you also admit this, and if the ability is not different from the thing itself, then once the ability disappears, the thing with the ability will also disappear. If the thing that is the support of the ability, all its own qualities are fully present, then the ability of the supported will not disappear, because it is the thing with the ability itself. Therefore, when heat, etc., completely disappears, the thing with heat is called fire, therefore, when it is determined that it does not have heat, the ability of heat and the support of that ability both disappear equally. Just because there is no ability, it is no longer its support, therefore, the designation as a support is also unnecessary, just like calling the sky a container of water. Second part: Revealing the harm to the views of others, this is not the same as one's own situation. First point: If you say that the support and the supported that exist simultaneously are not different, this is the same as...
