In relation to all sentient beings, the aspect of equally wishing to be free from suffering is the nature of non-anger. Such a thing, through repeated habituation, when it reaches the ultimate perfection, will irreversibly become the very essence of that mind. Second, refute the argument that habituation is impossible. Even if there is habituation, refute the impossibility of it being endless. First, a general statement and a detailed explanation. First. The Lokayata says, the mind depends on the body, how is it like a lamp and light, it is the fruit of the body, or like wine and intoxication, it is the merit of the body, or like a wall and a painting, it depends in a natural way, so when the body is destroyed, the mind is cut off, so the mind's Dharma such as compassion, etc., is habituated in many lives and reaches perfection, then there is no establishment? Saying that there is no habituation is not reasonable, because your acceptance that the body is the basis of the mind is prevented by valid cognition. Second, the acceptance that the mind's basis is the body has no cause for establishment. Show that there is a cause for harm to it. First, refute the other's view and establish one's own view. First, refute the acceptance of the basis of different times. Refute the basis of the same time. First, show that there is adherence to it and no contradiction. First, refute the apparent adherence and establish the meaning of the established self-adherence. First, establish the adherence of one's own kind. Explain the reason for it in detail. First. In this way, when sentient beings take birth in a place of birth, the breath and the senses such as the eyes and the consciousness of the mind are not dependent on their own kind of previous life, but are born only from the body. If born, then there is the fault of being too extreme, how? Although there is no previous life of the same kind, but only born from the great elements, then all the great elements should become sentient beings. Also, seeing that the previous consciousness can connect with the later consciousness and has the ability, but saying that it does not connect is not reasonable, because of that cause, what new cause that needs to be fulfilled for non-connection, or what kind of difference in the previous connection, is not present later, for what reason does the last moment of the dying mind not connect to another later, this life

Therefore, for things like the final consciousness at the moment of death, no additional cause is needed. If something that existed before is not absent or incomplete, then why wouldn't the continuum connect to another existence? It will only connect. Second, regarding the continuation of the ultimate continuum of birth and the subsequent continuation of the ultimate continuum of death. First, generally showing, particularly refuting permanence. First, avoiding refutations that contradict statements and scriptures. First, it would lead to the conclusion that everything is born, and to the reversal of cause and effect. First, in any place, if there is no part of the elements such as earth that does not transform into beings that are born from warmth and moisture, then all elements would become the nature of the seeds of consciousness. Since all elements possess the cause for generating consciousness, therefore, if it arises merely from the elements without relying on previous similar kinds such as the senses, then, just as a part of the elements such as earth completely transforms into a living being, all elements would transform into that, because there is no difference. If that were the case, stones and water, etc., would also become living beings, which is not desired even by the opponent and is refuted by direct perception, so it is unreasonable. If it is said that even in those things, consciousness has not manifested, but still exists in the form of an unmanifested capacity, then, if there is an immediate cause of consciousness, then even if it is not manifest at that time, the previous continuum of consciousness is established, just like the consciousness during sleep and fainting, etc. If it is said that even without the immediate cause of consciousness, the elements have the capacity of consciousness, then what is that capacity? Is it something different from the elements, or is it the same as the elements? If it is different, then the elements cannot generate consciousness. If it is the same, then merely the existence of the elements would generate consciousness, which remains the case. Second, even though it is a natural law that the effect is harmed when the cause is harmed, even if the senses, such as the eyes, etc., are each harmed by blurring, etc., or the basis such as blindness is damaged, the mind's consciousness is not harmed, it still cognizes and abides in the sphere of all objects as before. When the mind is temporarily changed by desire, fear, sorrow, and madness, etc., the senses also become inverted. When the mind is completely changed at the time of death, the function of the senses also ceases. Therefore, if the mind's consciousness changes, then those senses, including consciousness, also...
