So, how are earth and water, etc., produced? Because the power of the seed does not follow others, it is very different. Therefore, many producing one is because those many have a common ability to produce one fruit without distinction; if it is not common, it is thought that what one has, others may not necessarily have. This is because the unique ability of the seed to sprout on the seed is not present in others such as water; the unique ability on water is not present in the seed; but it is not each that produces, but the collection that produces, because it is the nature of things. Therefore, the difference between seed and earth, etc., different things, that is, self-characteristics, as mentioned above, is the cause of producing fruit. If it is thought that in the differences of earth, etc., there are also non-different, mutually following common or main factors, so they can be produced in this way, then, only because seeds, etc., have the ability to produce sprouts similarly, they are mistaken for a common or main factor. In fact, they do not follow each other, but appear to follow, but it is not from this that the fruit is produced, which has been said above. Therefore, when things appear in this way, their own unique essence does not depend on others or mix with others, so they are different. The word "འང་" indicates the inclusion of arising and ceasing, etc., or because things are different, so it is also so when they appear. Because it appears as different, it is considered different, or because of the reason that it appears as different, it is different. If it appears as different, but is not actually different, then there is no different dharma that can be established. If so, then any way of entering and exiting cannot be understood. Therefore, appearing as different is itself a real thing that truly exists. That is different from all other things that are not itself, that is, not mixed. It is said that because it can function, it is also the cause and effect. That, because it does not mix or confuse with others, does not add fabrication, and is also considered the characteristic of the dharma itself. That, like how it enters after being cut, is capable of obtaining the fruit of what should be taken and what should be abandoned, that is, what is needed, so it is also the real object of entry for all beings. Therefore, mixing

The general characteristic of becoming the ground is the opposite of that, it is not a real thing, it does not perform the function of mixing and cause and effect, it has no self-characteristic, and it is not a real object of entering and returning. Third, even if the causes are different, it is not that one produces everything. The Samkhyas and others say: All causes and non-causes are very different, just as seeds, land, water, etc. produce sprouts, but drilling wood, drilling mats, etc. do not produce sprouts, which is unreasonable, because they are very similar, so that cause will produce all fruits other than itself. If you say so, just like you, the Samkhyas, even if the causes are not different in nature from one master, without difference, but just as you think that one cause cannot accomplish all fruits, Buddhists also think that all things of cause and non-cause are not different in their own nature, but the cause does not necessarily become the accomplisher of all fruits, thus giving the answer in a bowing manner. It explains that when speaking of different causes, there is the reason for the power of things to enter, and points out the contradiction with others: Even if the nature of the causes is not mixed and different, due to the nature of things, it will become the author of its own fruit, and will become the author of some dharmas, but not of all. That is the nature of things, like the heat of fire. Even if the causes are of an undifferentiated nature, it is impossible to be both the author and non-author of one fruit, because it will become contradictory. Therefore, although the seeds of barley and rice are undifferentiated, that cause is both the author and non-author of the barley sprout, which is contradictory, and if so, the distinction between cause and non-cause cannot exist. To this, they say that although the nature is one, because the state or variation is different, the rice seed does not have the effect of producing barley sprouts. If you say so, if it does not produce because the variation is different, then from the barley seed, those that work together with water and other different variations will not produce the barley sprout either. Someone else said that the state of different variations only does not produce others that are not its own fruit, but the main
