To explain these four meanings, it is established through inference arising from the power of the object itself. If one believes that there are objects such as "self" and "ruler" that can be inferred, it is unreasonable, because it can be established by the measure of inference. Therefore, after purifying through the examination of direct perception and inference, one can accept this treatise. Moreover, for the extremely hidden differences explained in the scriptures, the inference based on the scriptures themselves is: inferring whether there are contradictions in one's own words, both before and after, and directly and indirectly. For example, if one acknowledges that attachment, hatred, and ignorance are the causes of non-virtue, and that the actions of body, speech, and mind arising from them are also non-virtuous, and teaches bathing in river altars, jumping into fire, etc., as methods to eliminate this non-virtue, this does not contradict the cause of non-virtue, just as using sweet, oily, and cool things to treat phlegm disease cannot eliminate it, because one's own words are contradictory, so it is harmful. In such cases, where there is no contradiction in one's own words, such as saying that generosity and love are the causes of happiness, this is purified by inference based on the scriptures. Therefore, trustworthy words that have been purified by discriminating the objects of the two measures (direct perception and inference) are the non-deceptive generality, that is, any speech without fault is unified in the correct treatise, and the teachings of the person who speaks faultless words are also unified in this, so it is merely the non-deceptive generality, and for the words that reveal extremely hidden things, Even if this object cannot be measured by direct perception and inference and becomes hidden, since there is no opportunity for other measures to intervene without relying on the scriptures, the wisdom that enters extremely hidden things is said in the scriptures to be inference arising from the scriptures. Even if there is no confusion in the places that can be deduced by reason, since there is a non-deceptive generality, it is impossible to prove that individual things are extremely hidden and that faults have been exhausted. If one thinks that even if it cannot be proven, since no faults have been seen in these words, no distrust has arisen, and one trusts the words of a truthful person, and there are other causes for trust, then the person who speaks the words is a person whose wisdom is completely pure and compassionate, and there is no reason for such a person to teach others in a reversed way. Therefore, this scripture that reveals extremely hidden things is also inferable like other words that have exhausted faults. If the non-deceptiveness of extremely hidden things is actually

If one cannot practice, then what is to be done by engaging in accordance with the meaning it indicates? If one can actually accomplish the third object of measurement, then what need is there to rely on scripture? Just as a child knows the effects of medicine and poison, and even if parents and others do not instruct, he himself engages in acceptance and rejection. However, engaging in generosity and so forth for the sake of the next world is not something to be treated with indifference, because the stakes are high for one who desires his own happiness, just like preparing to go to the ocean to collect jewels. Therefore, those future matters should be examined, and it is not appropriate to be indifferent to them, because there is no other opportunity to examine them, so one must rely on scripture to engage in acceptance and rejection, and one must also have faith that it is not deceptive, rather than relying on conjecture. So, is there such a scripture? Yes, among all the affairs of beings, there is nothing more excellent than the permanently blissful Nirvana. Like that which should be accepted, is the truth of cessation or suchness, and that which should be abandoned is the suchness or truth of suffering by its very nature, which is possessed of means, namely the means of abandoning the cause of suffering, the truth of origination, and the means of relying on the path, the cause of realizing cessation, the four truths are taught by the Lion of Men, the Buddha. As it is taught, having been thoroughly ascertained by valid cognition, the seer, because the main meaning is certain, is not deceived in teaching what is excellent, so even in revealing other extremely hidden things, one infers that he is not deceived. Therefore, such a treatise is complete with the three, connection and so forth, and is purified by the three examinations, so it is called a valid scripture. Secondly, it is difficult to establish that the scripture is created by a faultless person. The way in which it is difficult to know an excellent person. First, the treatise that relies on an excellent or outstanding person who is without fault and possesses qualities is meaningful as it is, that is, one who possesses true knowledge, and others such as Caraka, etc., are known or desired. If one can know such an outstanding person through valid cognition, then one also accepts that his words have a true meaning. However, whether the author of the treatise has such qualities, and whether he has attachment to other people,
