Therefore. It is not possible to agree, because no one can establish what is not established. Even if it is determined to be unestablished, if one conceals the fault and tries to establish it through deception, how can such a debater be said to be a person who understands reason? Moreover, in flawless treatises, although there is actually no use of unestablished examples as reasons for establishment, unestablished examples sometimes become the object of expression in the treatise. And, in the view of the Samkhyas, when Buddhists say, "Sound is impermanent, because it is produced," there is no distinction between establishment and non-establishment in this reason for establishment, and it is also the meaning of the treatise that one wants to measure, so the debater will fall into the fault of assertion. If this is the case, the definitions of what is to be established and what establishes will be confused. Secondly, like this, generally throwing out faults, thinking that only what the debater agrees to will become the reason for what is to be established, and finally considering how to refute the other party's answer is: If even the meaning stated in the treatise is expressed only as a reason for establishment, such as unestablished examples, it will not fall into the fault of assertion, because it is excluded by the distinction of stating the words "considered to be the definition of the subject." If you think this way, then according to your logic of considering all the meanings of the treatise as what is to be established, what is obtained in this way is only words, and there is no change. That is to say, if according to the distinction of words, the debater's own intention is what is to be established, then it can be established in this way. If one considers all the meanings of the treatise as what is to be established, then the reason for establishment stated in the treatise will also be considered as what is to be established, which will also be established in meaning. If one thinks this way, what fault will there be? If one thinks that it is sometimes what is to be established, then even what one is currently using as a reason for establishment, in the eyes of others, there will be times when it needs to be established again, so all reasons for establishment will become what is to be established. At this time, the other party did not say the word "think" because they said "only" and thought that the reason for establishment was cut off, because the word "only" cannot cut off the reason for establishment in one round, that is, the way of the reason for establishment stated in the treatise. Or, even if one thinks that there is no fault in saying the particle of words from the Pramanavarttika, it is still said that what is obtained by reason cannot be blocked. If the unestablished example is what the debater wants to establish,

If it is said that it is not to be established because it is not wanted. Now, the debater's own wishes have become strong, and even if it has been determined to be the meaning of the treatise, the debater himself does not want other dharmas to be established as what is to be established at that time, then because the reason for not wanting to establish will harm other reasons, what is the obstacle to the sign's own to-be-established? Because the correct sign will certainly be similar to its own to-be-established, without relying on reason. Therefore, in general, thinking that the reason promised by oneself is correct, even if it contradicts or harms this, it does not matter, such a debater is sophistry, and that is very inappropriate. When establishing the reason with the power of fact, only analyze the relationship between the sign and the to-be-established with reason, and if it can be well established, then only by this can the to-be-established be established, without needing to rely on the meaning of the reason. If it is established in that way, then the correct reason that shows contradictions before and after in one meaning is impossible. Because the meanings of the correct reasons that appear to be contradictory due to being in accordance with the level of intelligence of the disciples, there is no contradiction in the way that the basis of intention harms the necessary things, and the way to finally enter the meaning, know that it is like what the great charioteers have already established. Second, saying that one's own voice is meaningless, refuting throwing ashes and avoiding faults. First, even when analyzing with the power of fact, all the meanings of the treatise are sects, and the debater himself wants to separate alone is merely a meaning that has become outside of the characteristics of the sect, so next to saying the characteristics of the sect, saying one's own voice is also meaningless, because it will become without any distinction. Second, it will not become meaningless, because for which meaning of the treatise one does not want and abandons, and enters the meaning that one wants and promises, so one's own voice is said. Then, is one entering because one wants to or not? What is the reason for such doubts? Because no matter which treatise one wants, it is universal that the debater himself enters, so saying that one wants oneself, eliminating the doubts that should be eliminated, who will have them? That is impossible. How is it that for entering the treatise because one wants to, there are two types: sharp faculties and dull faculties.
