Recognizing that this is grasping. In that way, as long as it can be counted, and the details are grasped until recollection, the earlier and earlier grasping will be absorbed by the later and later images and increase. Therefore, as the mind with an object, the reason why it can produce its own different details is because if the images have no difference, it is impossible to distinguish the various minds, and all minds will become one, without distinction. If it is thought that in the absence of an object, only the object-possessing is recollected, and it is said, "I have seen something before, but I don't remember it now," then, in this case, there will also be doubt about this cognition, and if only general grasping is recollected, then the apprehended also has this situation. The self-reflection on the mind is the grasping that is distinguished by discrimination, just like thinking about the impermanence of a vase. In this way, the recollection of the object-possessing is undeniably established, and it is absolutely impossible for the object-possessing to independently grasp apart from the image of its own object, therefore, minds are all with the key point of having both self and nature, so they will recall in this way. Just as one cannot recall a vase after eliminating bloating, and one cannot recall a cow after eliminating cow dung and cow hair, this is because the nature of these things has become like that, and it is the same for mind, if the mind itself has no image at all, then when recalling the blue-grasping eye consciousness, it is unreasonable to recall without the blue image. Even if the blue-grasping eye consciousness is without image, it is impossible to always recall the image because it has not experienced itself, if it is thought that it is only associated with recalling the blue object, and it is speculated that it is its grasping, then, in general, when judging the consciousness of one's own continuum with knowledge, can or cannot its characteristics be judged by experience or recollection? If not, then how can one's own mind become knowable? Because it will not become the object of any conceptual and non-conceptual. If one cannot judge oneself, then it is even more impossible for others to judge. If it can be judged, then it also grasps blue, and it is necessary to think about what way to judge the difference between that imageless consciousness and other consciousnesses such as grasping yellow. If it is thought that it is only judged as grasping blue, then the blue image is an external object, therefore, after eliminating the external object, can it be judged what the nature of the mind itself is like? If so, then the consciousness that is separated from the image of the object is like a crystal ball.

It is also admitted to experience the web. If it is admitted that the blue apprehension is it, and the yellow apprehension is it, etc., that there is not a single aspect, and that it also holds all aspects, then that would be excellent. If one cannot cut off, but admits that there is a non-aspectual consciousness, this is also just a vow, because there is no proof. If one could abandon the thought of hating the undeniable consciousness with aspects and self-awareness, that would be good. Although one does not personally experience the object-possessing consciousness, one says that one remembers it from remembering the object, and although one does not personally experience the external object, one remembers it in the experience of consciousness as if experiencing the external object. These two are similar only in making vows, but they are not the same in terms of the proof that enters by the power of things. Because consciousness cannot be established by merely the object that has not been experienced in all aspects, if consciousness itself is established, then consciousness must establish it with an aspect, or if one wants an external object, it must also be established in that way. Because the measurable is established by the power of valid cognition, it is impossible for the measurable to be established before the valid cognition itself is established, and then the valid cognition to be established later. Therefore, it is necessary to clearly show that the mind's lack of inherent existence is also established through this consciousness with aspects, so this is also a key point that the Madhyamaka school needs to determine. In the context of the term where everything that appears is the self-illuminating experience of self-awareness, self-awareness is clearly indispensable. Second, objections are raised to uncertain statements. From that answer, one's own view is established. First, those who say that there is no aspect say: Knowing the object is the result of the object, and precisely because of this, if one remembers that consciousness, because the memory pervades the object that is its cause, it is remembering the object, not because consciousness has the aspect of the object. However, if one remembers the object and consciousness together, one mistakenly thinks that this is the aspect and apprehension of consciousness itself. If one merely mixes the object and consciousness together without distinguishing them, then that's it. If that is the case, then when remembering the root consciousness of blue apprehension, that consciousness will also be remembered together with its cause—appearance, root, and attention, because there is no difference in being the cause. Similarly, all results must also be apprehended together with their direct cause whenever they are remembered, so remembering potters and clay, etc.
