It is appropriate to practice the essence of Natan. This supreme path is the guide for all beings. Even a single session of practice will accumulate the qualities of the ground and fruit of all paths, and it will prevent the darkness of delusion in the realm of reality. Maintain the state of knowing the nature of reality itself, with the body posture unmoving and the effort relaxed. In a state of drowsiness, clarity, and openness, the activities of all discursive thoughts are without trace. Abandon without welcoming the past, pursuing the future, or engaging in acceptance or rejection. In this, without the entanglement of deliberately clinging to dwelling or not dwelling, with a firm mind, the mind of calm abiding that focuses and restrains, although it is not the method of practice, in the state of equanimity, gain the confidence of self-knowing. Once gained, the sudden sting of thoughts that flow like the wind is completely cut off. No matter how long you stay, it is soft and relaxed. No matter what you do, it is clear and bright. No matter where you look, it is empty and open. It is the nature of being without any discomfort, in the realm of bliss equal to space, the clear light of wisdom. In the realm of equality where the target is extinguished, the binding of the flowing wind of thought, and the net of doubt are all freed. If you have not developed familiarity and stability in unwavering equanimity, and only place the view in the realm of understanding, then the arising of "ah or," "yad yud" is of no benefit. Therefore, abandoning all activities and focusing on familiarity is crucial. The wind of delusion of discursive thoughts and the sound of wisdom, whichever you are familiar with, will be high or low like the beam of a scale. Burn the nest of delusion with the fire of wisdom, and strive for clear light day and night without interruption. Having practiced in this way, as a result of familiarity, the nature of this supreme path, the method of uniting calm abiding and insight, will appear. The calm abiding and insight of deliberate clinging are not mental fabrications. The meditation that abides without artificiality, and the insight of self-arisen clear light are inseparable. For the yogi, the sun of the path rises in the center of the heart. From the infallible sign of rising, the darkness of delusion is dissolved in the realm of reality. Since there is absolutely no opportunity for the arising of self-grasping, attachment, aversion, etc., which arise from delusion, the more you practice, the fewer the afflictions. At that time, the unimpeded play of the five wisdoms that arise from skill, ordinary clinging, etc., is different from taking the path through understanding. It is extremely easy to naturally master through experience.

Meditating on the contemplation of the path to rely on. Even if anger is suppressed with a peaceful mind, it cannot harm the mind of self-grasping. Experiencing outwardly, the mind thinks "I". When the meaning of selflessness is seen in great equanimity, the root of confusion between self and other collapses. Even if the qualities of realization increase like the sky, without arrogance, this is the characteristic of this path. Even if not deliberately cultivated, the power of compassion leads effortlessly, naturally. Without struggling to seek meaning with words, wisdom naturally arises in the ocean of sutras and tantras. If it happens like that, then this is the supreme and complete path, the self-characteristic of hitting the key point is true and infallible. Otherwise, the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought is vague. As soon as it arises, those with little learning become arrogant and conceited, boasting of high positions. Those who do not measure others, only care about themselves, and have sinister minds, if they cannot bear harsh words, how can they bear the flames of the Avici hell? Not knowing that the cause of samsara is within oneself, they say there is no worry of falling into samsara. Shouting loudly, boasting arrogantly, yet towards others, they are suspicious of even the slightest harm, it is truly ridiculous. Therefore, in order to clearly recognize one's own mind, before seeing the confidence that the firm bonds of attachment to reality, hypocrisy, pretense, and self-praise have become loose, do not talk about practice. This mind is subtle and profound, difficult to measure, various forms are numerous, difficult to distinguish clearly, unstable, deceptive, making people's minds confused. Therefore, even one's own mind is difficult to grasp. Especially during practice, there are many experiences, the difference between experience and realization is difficult to distinguish, and among them, the outer appearance is like many layers of bark. If one is not a person with wisdom and secret instructions, they cannot distinguish. Obtaining the confidence of unchanging wisdom like the sky, there will be no mistakes, and the qualities are vast. Many similar places, abandon, abandon, and go to the realm of wisdom. Therefore, the supreme doctrine of the Great Vehicle, if one is not proficient in the essential points of the path of sutras and tantras, or if one does not have the ability to know such things oneself, then one should cherish the oral instructions of the guru. If one can go straight on the path without error, and engage with strong faith and diligence, then in this life one can attain Buddhahood, or obtain the conduct of a Bodhisattva. Without doing benefit for others, there is no path of the Great Vehicle.
