It is said that the innate is cultivated by relying on the Great Seal, and also in the Root Tantra: 'Having examined the Karma Mudra, having completely abandoned the Wisdom Mudra, with the supreme unchanging union, cultivate the Great Seal.' As it is said, apart from cultivating the wisdom of the Great Seal, the bliss of the Karma Mudra is not the supreme unchanging bliss of Samantabhadra. Similarly, cultivating the wheel of the mandala, mentally contemplating the bliss of the wisdom of the Wisdom Mudra, will not become the unchanging great bliss of Samantabhadra, because the conceptualization has not been completely abandoned. Therefore, those who have lost the wisdom of the Great Seal from the instructions of those who are not pure lamas, that is, those who do not possess it, become unskilled animals, and Buddhahood cannot be attained, because they do not have the wisdom of the Great Seal. The wisdom of the Great Seal is not firmly established, and those who are not pure lamas are separated from the path, so it is not possible for the yogis who seek the meaning of the path to fully realize it, and their path, that is, the fourth initiation, is also the same, only leaking pleasure and shaking, because they do not know the unchanging bliss of the reality of the Great Seal, so all the empowerments become meaningless, because all the empowerments and instructions of the secret mantra are for the purpose of obtaining and realizing this. If the wisdom of the Great Seal is the fourth initiation, and it cannot be accomplished because it is separated from the Great Seal, then what is the purpose of saying that by cultivating the bliss of the union of the two organs, the Buddha Vajradhara is obtained in this life? In response to this, it is true that it is said that the great bliss is cultivated by the absorption of the union of the two organs, as it is said in the ninety-ninth verse of the fifth chapter of the King of Tantras: 'By whatever attachment beings are,' etc. If the moving attachment that binds beings is bound to the unmoving, then it is shown that this is the method of liberation, although the moving habit that has existed since beginningless time is the accidental defilement of samsara, but by the union of the mudra, by what method is it bound without moving, like mercury and fire, as in the twentieth verse of the Chapter on Accomplishment Methods.

Also, as it is said in the twenty-fourth chapter, "Fire is the enemy of mercury," and so on. Like this, in order to accomplish the non-transference of the element, for example, fire is the enemy of mercury, but if it is separated from fire, mercury will not condense. First, relying on the place of origin of the karma mudra, by the method of increasing bliss, the gross element is condensed. After that, in order to make all the subtle and subtle elements condense and stabilize without ever moving, relying on the great mudra, if one relies on this method, one can obtain the supreme Bodhi non-transference fruit in this life. This refers to this meaning, merely relying on leaking bliss, whether in this life or in other lifetimes, will not give the fruit of becoming a Buddha. Therefore, thinking that merely relying on this is the path to becoming a Buddha is the foolish behavior of animals. Like this, in the seventy-third verse of the fifth chapter of the King of Tantras, it says, "The co-emergent bliss of the Victorious One is," and so on, and in the one hundred and thirteenth verse, it says, "It is merely the appearance of the mind, it arises from one's own mind," and so on. Like this, relying on the empty form great mudra, accomplishing the non-transference bliss, just like it is said in the scriptures. Then, the Tathagata has aggregates, realms, and sources, and wisdom and intelligence arise from the union of the two faculties. If it is said like this, there are no aggregates, realms, and sources, and there is no union of the two faculties, the element melts and there is no transference, how does happiness arise? One's own mind's appearance, for the substance without the collection of fine dust, makes one's own mind subsequently cling to it, thereby enjoying the unchanging happiness wisdom, and how does one make one's own mind free from obscurations? Just like Deva riding on his own shoulders to go to the city, this will become an unreasonable statement. This is said in response to the thoughts that arise in others. Here, foolish people think that, apart from the aggregates, realms, and sources of the nature of the collection of fine dust, the happiness of wisdom and intelligence that is merely the appearance of the mind will not be self-evident, but this is not the case. Here, due to the influence of any sudden habitual tendencies of the mind, happiness and suffering will arise. Any aggregates, realms, and sources that appear to be gross are also due to the influence of the sudden habitual tendencies of the mind, and not due to the aggregates, realms, and sources that are not influenced by habitual tendencies.
