Compared to these, the nature of the Buddha-ground will not be much more superior. Furthermore, it is due to the influence of the habit of the three existences appearing to change that they appear as changing and moving. If one is separated from this, there will be no movement or change, and one will abide in equality. If this is the case, then even a momentary change is impossible for the Buddha, because all the habits of change have been abandoned. It is not only due to the habit of the three existences appearing to change that there is change. If there is another factor that produces change, then is that a change that arises from causes and conditions or not? There is no change that does not arise from causes and conditions, because what does not arise from causes and conditions is unconditioned, and it is impossible for it to have momentary change. If it is something that has change arising from causes and conditions, then how could it not be that the bliss of the Buddha-ground, the momentary change, the arising of bliss, arises from the cause of the uncontaminated action and the mind that accumulates it, the fruit of body and mind that is encompassed by the subtle parts of the continuum of sentient beings? It must be. If it is not like that, then establishing the cause and effect of what is produced and what produces, and also speaking of the momentary, will be lost. Furthermore, it is said that noble beings are distinguished by the unconditioned, and that samsara is characterized by arising and ceasing, and that nirvana is peaceful, separated from arising and ceasing, and does not abide at all. Conventional truth is characterized by arising and ceasing, is not at all peaceful, and has limits, while ultimate truth is said to be the opposite of that. If this is the case, then having attained the result of the union of the two truths, indivisible, and the body and mind, indivisible, etc., which is extremely pure, this Buddha-ground must be considered to be encompassed by the ultimate two truths, indivisible, and not encompassed by the object of the conventional, dualistic appearance, nor encompassed by the nominal ultimate truth, emptiness, because it is said to be the body of non-dual wisdom. Therefore, those who have not thoroughly understood the meaning of union think that in the mind-stream of the Buddha, the momentary impermanence of bliss arises in sequence, and that the permanence of true emptiness, whose nature is not established, is the body of wisdom in union. If this is the case, even if one says the non-dual body of union, it is still wisdom.

Since the nature of "khu" is unknown in any direction, if one were to carefully examine how to explain the profound meaning of this tantra, even if one admits that there is not even a subtle appearance of duality in the Buddha's realm, there is no proof that the self-nature of phenomena with dissimilar characteristics, such as impermanent things and permanent non-things, is equal not only in the conventional sense but also in the ultimate sense. Therefore, there is no proof that the Buddha does not have dualistic appearances. Even if phenomena such as permanence and impermanence are established as existing in things, the statement that they do not appear as dual to the Buddha is a reversal, because the Buddha's wisdom must see how things exist. Therefore, to those who have dualistic appearances, this dharma is permanent and unconditioned, this is impermanent and conditioned, this is self, and this is other. All such imputations on duality are merely momentary delusions, grasping duality in what is non-dual. Because it is wrong to impute things and non-things to the true meaning, it is established that there is no dualistic appearance in any way to those who see Suchness. And non-duality is also established as being Suchness. Although the one who sees Suchness does not waver from it, he effortlessly knows all phenomena with a non-discriminating mind, so there cannot be any dharma beyond Suchness in any way. Therefore, it is established that he sees the two truths as inseparable and equal. Therefore, the Buddha's realm is encompassed by the ultimate truth of seeing the ultimate reality of the inseparability of the two truths, and not by either of the two truths separated. As stated many times in this tantra in various ways, such as "not wisdom, nor means," it should be understood that when the inseparability and equality of the two truths, that is, the Suchness of the meaning of reality, is such that all changes that distinguish the two dharmas are completely ceased, then all knowable dharmas are perfectly awakened in that instant in the great equality of such a state. And for the Buddha, there is not the slightest thing among all knowable things that has not manifested, possessing such supreme power, that is, possessing all aspects of phenomena.
