Therefore, this profound path should be practiced. Thus, after explaining the dependent mudras, relying on them, in order to prevent the Bodhicitta from degenerating, one practices, and from the non-degenerating bliss, a moment arises, and the way to obtain the result is explained. First, make the finger mudra and see the form in the emptiness Samadhi and stabilize it, then use the life force to bring the ten winds into the central channel. The ten winds, such as the life-giving upward wind, are truly encountered in the central channel, and from them, the fierce fire of electricity blazes from the navel. The tip of its light melts the moon Bodhicitta located on the crown of the head, that is, the forehead. That crown of the head is the place where Bodhicitta arises. From there, the Bodhicitta bindus melt, and whatever goes from this forehead to the throat and heart, to the navel and secret place, is blocked by the power of the life force. In the secret place, the bindu of the body is blocked, and likewise, the bindus of speech, mind, and wisdom are blocked at the navel, heart, and throat. From this bindu, the so-called moving semen, that is, the extremely thin semen other than the bindu that solidifies in the secret place, which is located in the Vajra jewel, is said to be blocked at the top of the victory banner, that is, at the top or gate of the sign. Whatever it is, it is in accordance with the moment of wisdom, and if the stream or continuity of bindus does not retreat from the top of the jewel and gives bliss, it is called the real moment of wisdom. At the time of non-retreating and blocking, it is not the wisdom of the action mudra that is lost, but the fourth wisdom is accomplished. From the cause of the non-retreating bindu, bliss arises steadily, therefore, whatever is the unwavering moment of bliss, this co-emergent wisdom is never given only by the pleasure of touch from the union with the mudra mother, but by the co-emergent cause of the stable element, the unchanging nature of bliss, the self-mind luminosity equal to the sky, here is given by the emptiness of the nature of reality, the Dharma realm, the Prajnaparamita, fully endowed with all kinds of excellence. Therefore, the bliss of the action mudra is only the bliss of the element leaking. The bliss of the wisdom mudra is the bliss of the element moving and transforming.

It is so. These two mudras are the support or means for such bliss. These two are sequentially called the stages of childhood and adulthood. Just as there are four stages in binding mercury: the stage between smoke and subtle sounds is childhood, like a frog jumping is youth, trembling is old age, and even trembling is absent, becoming unmoving, these are the four stages of accomplished binding. Similarly, the yogi's semen also has four stages: childhood, youth, old age, and cessation, that is, from the forehead to the throat is childhood, from the throat to the heart is adulthood, from the heart to the navel is old age, and to the secret place, stopping without moving. This is because all the obscurations of flowing are exhausted. Obscurations are the impurities of flowing, which need to be purified. Therefore, when the non-flowing bodhicitta goes upwards from the jewel to the forehead, just as the bodhisattva comes down from the crown of the head, with the distinction of four moments such as the same cause, it goes upwards from the secret place to the forehead. The so-called "by life" means the combination of the life force stopping the wind in the central channel, the so-called "movement of the corpse," etc., gathering all the twenty-one thousand six hundred winds residing in the six chakras of the mandala's nature and putting them into the central channel, making them stable. Thus, the afflictions of the left channel and the demons of the right channel are destroyed, and all kinds of magical powers and the twelve bhumis of omniscience, as well as the supreme of the three existences, are attained. That is, omniscience is the pure body, all kinds of knowledge is the nirmanakaya, the knowledge of the path is the sambhogakaya, and the knowledge of the kinds of the path is the dharmakaya, possessing the four kayas, etc. These immeasurable qualities of the path and the fruit are what diligent yogis can obtain in this life. If someone truly enters the path of correct wisdom but dies without obtaining the yoga of unchanging bliss, then, due to the habituation of the path, by the clinging of its habitual imprints, that is, by the power of entering the path, they will again obtain all the fruits in another human life. If one becomes undiligent and does not strive in wisdom.
