It is mutable. For example, just as a house wheel rotates in the sky, it shifts and moves through various states. These karma winds that generate change refer to the fact that they arise from the cause of the consciousness that moves, the karma of good and non-good deeds. Therefore, it should be understood that the agent of the world, the karma wind, has no independent agent in the external world. Similarly, the arising and gathering of the external world, as well as the bodies of sentient beings composed of particles, should also be understood as arising and closely gathering. Therefore, these characteristics of the formation and destruction of the external vessel world, with the nature of momentary arising and ceasing, are the time when the Buddha's field and the world closely gather, but they do not remain constant after arising until they are destroyed. However, as long as the collection of particles has not separated, it appears to be formed and existing. At the time of the destruction of the world, the particles of earth, water, and the pointed fire and wind particles, from the previously unified state, are separated at that time. The earth particles are separated from each other, and they enter the realm of water particles, because the solid part is abandoned, just like salt dissolves in water. From the water particles, the particles of earth, fire, and wind are separated, and the water enters the pointed fire, thus becoming dry. From the pointed fire, earth, water, and wind are separated, and the fire enters the wind, and the fire becomes invisible. From the wind, earth, water, and pointed objects are separated, and the karma wind also disappears into the empty sky. Thus, the karma wind of sentient beings causes the world to closely gather, not another agent. Below the world, there is a god called the fire of time, who burns the world and turns it into ashes, as the outsiders say, but that is not at all the case. The so-called fire of time refers to the accumulation of particles, which burns or devours other things, while that which is separated from particles and not accumulated does not burn or devour even slightly. Thus, after the solid vessel worlds are destroyed.

Depending on this, all those sentient beings' worlds that have the nature of consciousness and are endowed with life are not annihilated like the destruction of the vessel world. Rather, they are moved by the power of the imprints of the three existences, and when they are propelled or grasped by the wind of karma, other sentient beings go or take birth in other world realms created by the wind of karma in order to enjoy them. Thus, the infinite winds of karma of sentient beings generate world realms and the fields where Buddhas reside, just as the individual bodies and lives of living beings are generated by the wind. The stable vessels increase, that is, accumulate and gather, and are generated from the activity of the wind of karma, which is the conclusion of the conventional truth. Thirteenth, the abiding in the nature of the bodhisattvas and great beings who are equal to the atoms of Mount Meru in the realm of space and who abide in the same way is taught by the Buddha field, etc., in the one hundred and sixth verse and the first line of the one hundred and seventh verse. The dwelling of those who are liberated from the winds of karma is spoken of in the proclamation of the Prayer of Good Conduct: "In a single atom are Buddha fields as numerous as atoms. In each field are Buddhas beyond comprehension. In the midst of the assemblies in each Buddha's presence, I see them constantly enacting the conduct of enlightenment." As such, if we consider the ultimate truth of the Dharma, which is free from obscurations, then, as it is said in the chapter on the Dharma Exalted in the Perfection of Wisdom, "The Buddhas have never gone anywhere, nor will they come." Thus, although there is no abiding or going that is divided into places, if we consider the conventional truth, the abiding of the Buddhas is not without a support or without a recognizable support. Here, the support and the supported of the Buddhas' abiding, which are spoken of in terms of imputation in relation to the assembly, are spoken of in a definitive sense as the essence that is made up of the pure atoms obtained from the twelve bhumis, that is, the unchanging great bliss, which causes all the elements of the body to be pierced into great bliss, free from obscurations, and the support at the tip of a single atom that is to be attained by this.
