After that, 67,500 breaths flow in the central channel, thereby completing the four seasons of outer and inner. After that, at the end of the central channel's breaths, half of one breath remains, and at the time of death, the three existences of emptiness appear from the clear light. If the intermediate state is accomplished by the measure of breath, and if one remains in the awakened state, that breath connects the continuity to the birthplace of all sentient beings, and remains in a state of sleep in the womb for up to six months. Thus, among the forty-three million breaths of the three channels, which are more than twenty thousand, the four seasons of the planets become one complete. At that time, in the central channel of the main channel, at the end of the emptiness mandala on the right, one will enter the wisdom mandala, thereby illuminating all the worlds. Therefore, one should recognize the flow of wisdom air, and at that time the yogi should practice. Thus, in the external years and the internal breaths of four million three hundred and twenty thousand, the external is one quarter of the wisdom breath of the supreme sovereign lord, one part arising on the left is expansion, and flowing with the nature of contraction on the right. By the measure of the breaths of each sentient being, the lord of the victors, that is, one part of the breath of the wisdom air of the Wheel of Time. The yogi should know that running and dwelling in the central channel in the middle of the left and right breaths.
