Exhalation is the classification of the time pulse. Then it is said that the pulses of the category increase. First, from the beginning of pregnancy, the classification of the categories of the body's pulses, for the sake of the body's perfection, the pulses increase. That is, the category of one pulse is one, that is, in the center of the six wheels there is only the central channel. The category of two is two times two is four, that is, the lotus pulses of the crown and the first circle at the navel. The category of three is three times three is nine, that is, the eight pulses of the heart, and above the eight pulses of the second circle of the navel, the ninth is the pulse that is located outside each of the four pulse petals of the heart and navel, with the single pulse of the moon's birthplace surrounding the central channel. The category of four is sixteen, that is, the sixteen pulses of the forehead and the sixteen pulses of the birthplaces of the planets that dwell outside the circle of the house of the navel wheel. One is the limb of the sun's birthplace Roma, which also surrounds the central channel at the navel. The category of eight is sixty-four, that is, the sixty-four mandalas descend on the navel, plus the four pulses of emptiness. The category of nine is eighty-one, and the category of ten is one hundred, of which one is slow, that is, Saturn is born.

是安住处，以先前的理路围绕脐间中脉之脉。剩余的一百八十条，是于外在关节安住的，具有微尘性质的脉一百八十条，以及内在安住的，具有精液性质的差别的一百八十条相加，三百六十条是安住于关节的脉，将这三百六十条以方便与智慧二者分，便得到一百八十。行星生起处的脉，从脐脉的每四瓣之外生起，如同外在的行星们于每日的六十个时辰中行使权力一般，内在也于六十个坛城中行使权力，如是先前诸释中说道。喉咙脉的数量也是如此，秘密处的脉三十二条，如同前额一般，金刚处有脉十六条。如同顶髻一般，于金刚宝顶端有脉四条，总合起来，各部的脉六百四十四条遍布全身。如是说“尽所有行相蛇与火”，于三百六十日之上加上二十四个方位，便是三百八十四。如是外在以时轮之身的差别，身整体为一年，双足行走为二，喉咙为三时，面为四时，肩为六时，手臂为十二时节，手为二十四方，指节为三百六十日等的差别，身体上便成就了如是脉的差别。二是如《嘿汝嘎》般的时轮，足为四分时段，面为八个时辰，手为十六个半时等差别，是说以天神身之面手差别而确定脉。同样，八面之母薄伽梵母必定以一日之清净，一面母之手则善变为弯刀颅器，白天清净为弯刀，夜晚清净为颅器。现在宣说守护界之清净，从ka组开始的字母轮之脉根本是箭与水藏之数四十五，是ka等三十个辅音与a等十五个元音的总和。其中五组辅音是月亮的五种功德境，十五个元音的三组是太阳的功德。

The remaining one hundred and eighty are the one hundred and eighty pulses with the nature of particles that dwell on the outer joints, and the one hundred and eighty added with the distinction of the nature of semen that dwells within, three hundred and sixty are the pulses that dwell on the joints, dividing these three hundred and sixty by the two, means and wisdom, one gets one hundred and eighty. The pulse of the place of origin of the planets arises from outside each of the four petals of the navel pulse, just as the outer planets exercise power over the sixty hours of the day, so too, inwardly, it exercises power over the sixty mandalas, as stated in the previous commentaries. The number of throat pulses is the same, the pulses of the secret place are thirty-two, like the forehead, there are sixteen pulses at the vajra. Like the crown of the head, there are four pulses at the top of the vajra jewel, adding up to a total of six hundred and forty-four pulses in each part, which pervade the whole body. It is said, "As many forms of activity as there are snakes and fire," adding twenty-four directions to the three hundred and sixty days, there are three hundred and eighty-four. Thus, outwardly, by the distinction of the body of the Wheel of Time, the whole body is one year, the two feet walking are two, the throat is three times, the face is four times, the shoulders are six times, the arms are twelve seasons, the hands are twenty-four directions, and the knuckles are the distinctions of three hundred and sixty days, etc., so that the distinction of the pulses on the body is accomplished. Secondly, like the Kalachakra of Hevajra, the feet are four quarter-hours, the face is eight hours, and the hands are sixteen half-hours, etc., which means that the pulses are determined by the distinction of the face and hands of the deity's body. Similarly, the eight-faced mother, Bhagavan, must be purified by one day and night, and the hand of the one-faced mother is well transformed into a curved knife and skull cup, the purification of the day is the curved knife, and the purification of the night is the skull cup. Now, the purity of guarding the realm is declared, the root of the wheel of letters starting from the ka group is the number of arrows and water treasures, forty-five, which is the sum of the thirty consonants such as ka and the fifteen vowels such as a. Among them, the five groups of consonants are the five qualities of the moon, and the three groups of fifteen vowels are the qualities of the sun.
