One should offer food, clothing, and other offerings to the Sangha who have heard the teachings, as well as medicine and other remedies for the sick. One should give the bestowing of desired objects that bring supreme bliss to the mantra yogis, as well as writing materials and other necessities. Thus, any giver who, with a heart that greatly rejoices in the fruit of merit and with a mind that is constantly attached to unchanging bliss, gives whatever objects are desired, those individuals will perfect the accumulations of merit and wisdom and will go to be born in the realm of Vajrasattva, the nature of supreme bliss. Thus, the best of the Sangha are the yogis who abide on the path of Vajrayana. However, those who are not skilled in the profound meaning, who are narrow-minded, and who abide in the Hearer Vehicle, if they disrespect the view and conduct of mantra, and even openly revile the Vajra Master of Mantra and the Victorious Vajrasattva who guides the path of mantra, they will be killed by the Lord of Obstacles and will quickly go to the Avici hell, which causes supreme terror.\ Thus, the Sangha who possess mantra yoga are far superior in the qualities of celibacy than the Sangha of Hearers who abide in pure celibacy. What need is there to mention other qualities? How are they superior? The Vajra Master, the mantra yogi, is blessed by the Lord of the Best of Victors with the power of mantra, and like a magical illusion, he is able to accomplish Buddhahood and is no different from the Buddha. Among the people, which bhikshu is in the firm place of the vow never to emit semen? How can the mantra yogi be compared to that celibate? They are not comparable. Thus, diligently engaging in the celibacy of non-emission is also because of the joy of supreme bliss, the wisdom body of the Buddha himself, in order to attain it, and not for the sake of the bliss of desire.\ Thus, in the first summary of the commentary on the first chapter: Just as on the hundred paths at the end of the year, the lion, who eats grass, seeks the pleasure of intercourse, those who eat stone powder, the pigeons are always...

Where to engage in sexual acts, because semen is always discharged once. Neither has supreme bliss, likewise, ascetics and those with desire, because they discharge from dreams and awakenings. Just as when a snake is asleep, its wound, even if revived, does not live, so too, the ascetic, because there is no gathering of semen, is powerless. Thus, the female's, place of birth is damaged by that. Just as clothes of stone lime thread, are purified by being burned by fire. Likewise, the noble ones among men, their minds are wisdom and prajna. Just as mercury, when touched by fire, flees and does not move or change. Likewise, semen without method, is always from the touch of the place of birth. Just as that movement is also with medicine and other, powers, when meeting with fire, it is truly bound. Likewise, semen, with very deep yoga, truly meets with wisdom and so on. As it is said, even the pure monks who are ascetics of celibacy, with mindfulness, hold back semen when awake, but in dreams, due to the causes of encountering women and so on, they discharge and cannot hold it back. Wherever one encounters a woman, there is no ordinary person who can prevent discharge. However, the yogis of mantra hold back semen, the cause of bliss, with the power of yoga. From where does the white discharge when accompanied by wisdom? How will that bliss increase? As it is said, like that, for the sake of the unchanging bliss of wisdom, one binds the essence (khams). Fire is the enemy of mercury, but just as mercury cannot be bound without relying on fire by means of medicine and other means, even if rubbed in the birthplace of the wisdom mother, such celibacy that can prevent discharge without leaking is not even found in human monks who are perfectly pure in celibacy. Thus. If it is said, "Are they monks?" it is similar to the above, but here it says, "Are they monks?" Are they Buddhist monks or external ascetics who live by begging and wander everywhere, naked ones without clothes, and shaven-headed or bald-headed ones with shaved or plucked hair, and those with matted hair who do not shave, the treatises of memory and the Bharata and other external
