Hya (Tibetan, ཧྱཱ, Devanagari, ह्या, Romanized Sanskrit, hya, literal Chinese meaning: Ha) abides, armpit Hra (Tibetan, ཧྲཱ, Devanagari, ह्रा, Romanized Sanskrit, hra, literal Chinese meaning: Hra), hip joint side waist Hlah (Tibetan, ཧླཧ, Devanagari, ह्लः, Romanized Sanskrit, hlah, literal Chinese meaning: Hlah) and the direction of the thigh Ha successively abide. At these five locations on the right side of the body, the seed syllables of the confident Nagas transform greatly, namely Hla (Tibetan, ཧླཱ, Devanagari, ह्ला, Romanized Sanskrit, hla, literal Chinese meaning: Hla) on the thigh, Hla (Tibetan, ཧླཱ, Devanagari, ह्ला, Romanized Sanskrit, hla, literal Chinese meaning: Hla) on the waist, Hra (Tibetan, ཧྲཱ, Devanagari, ह्रा, Romanized Sanskrit, hra, literal Chinese meaning: Hra) in the armpit, Hya (Tibetan, ཧྱཱ, Devanagari, ह्या, Romanized Sanskrit, hya, literal Chinese meaning: Hya) in the throat, and Ksham (Tibetan, ཀྵཾ, Devanagari, क्षं, Romanized Sanskrit, ksam, literal Chinese meaning: Ksham) on the forehead or left ear. Thus, the left side is the order of soothing, and the right side is the distinction of the order of gathering. Therefore, these mantras should be visualized on the bodies of both oneself and the patient. Then, take a reed staff of twenty-four finger-widths, evenly thick and thin, known as 'Victorious Finger,' and write on it the ten long and short snake seed syllables just mentioned, arranging them properly. Protect or bless it. Uttering Hum (Tibetan, ཧུ༷ཾ, Devanagari, हुं, Romanized Sanskrit, hum, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) and Kshum (Tibetan, ཀྵུ༷ཾ, Devanagari, क्षुं, Romanized Sanskrit, ksum, literal Chinese meaning: Kshum), strike the patient's heart vigorously. This will quickly cause the poison seized by the teeth to be expelled from the body, and it will appear to emit a sound of expulsion. Similarly, the yellow seed syllable La (Tibetan, ལ, Devanagari, ल, Romanized Sanskrit, la, literal Chinese meaning: La) of earth should be written on the patient's forehead with focused attention. Visualizing the green syllable Ha (Tibetan, ཧ, Devanagari, ह, Romanized Sanskrit, ha, literal Chinese meaning: Ha), born from space, residing on the leg, will quickly cause the poison to stiffen and not spread. Similarly, on the crown of the head, the water seed syllable Va (Tibetan, ཝ, Devanagari, व, Romanized Sanskrit, va, literal Chinese meaning: Va) and the fire seed syllable Ra (Tibetan, ར, Devanagari, र, Romanized Sanskrit, ra, literal Chinese meaning: Ra) with a pointed tip should be vigorously placed in the abdomen, and the poison will disappear. For the stiffening and pacification of the poison, the above staff should also be used to strike. Similarly, on the forehead, visualize the wind seed syllable Ya (Tibetan, ཡ, Devanagari, य, Romanized Sanskrit, ya, literal Chinese meaning: Ya), and on the heart, visualize the fire nature syllable Ra (Tibetan, ར, Devanagari, र, Romanized Sanskrit, ra, literal Chinese meaning: Ra) with a pointed tip. Striking with the staff will certainly cause the poison to transfer elsewhere. That is, on the crown of the head, the empty seed syllable Ha (Tibetan, ཧ, Devanagari, ह, Romanized Sanskrit, ha, literal Chinese meaning: Ha) vigorously enters, and the earth seed syllable La (Tibetan, ལ, Devanagari, ल, Romanized Sanskrit, la, literal Chinese meaning: La) resides on the leg, which will certainly cut off the poison, and the staff should also be used to strike there. Visualizing a white bindu like the moon on the patient's forehead will certainly eliminate the poison of the three states of fixed, moving, and combined. On the forehead, expel the poison with a red bindu, cause the poison to enter the body with a color similar to black clouds, and stiffen the poison with a yellow color. Therefore, having understood this, one should visualize, that is, destroy the poison through meditation. Healing with a medicinal formula involves Pilinka and Nalesham.

Prepare a stiff stick by combining white calamus and the three hot medicines, empowered by Acala (Tibetan: མི་བསྐྱོད་པ།), saying "Life descends swiftly." Blow into whichever nostril the breath flows from, to neutralize poison. Alternatively, apply salt called "ṭvaṃgaṇa" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Literal meaning in Chinese) to the tip of the separated uvula with a finger. This also helps with swelling and drooping of the uvula. Use jasmine flowers, white sandalwood called "vajrī," the herbal medicine kumārī called "gzhon nu," the three hot medicines mentioned above, rock salt or tongue-licking salt (whichever is available), laṅgalī paper bark tree, devādālī soup tree, the Brahma tree called "brahmī," its substitute being "kṣāro" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Alkali), aśvagandhā vaspru, some consider it horse whip, but it needs investigation. Also, the sun-facing arka tree, bandha karkoṭakī, which is a barren khanpa, human feces, meat, semen, and blood in equal parts, also empowered by Acala (Tibetan: མི་བསྐྱོད་པ།), made into pills mixed with urine. Placing the pills in the nostril from which the patient's breath flows in and out can treat spirits or epidemics caused by spirits, as well as fixed and mobile poisons. It is certain to be effective for diseases caused by wandering poisons. Now, the time of the virulent lineage is discussed, and one should avoid these intervals like the Lord of Death, especially taking medicine, etc. During this time, being bitten by a snake or accidentally ingesting poison is difficult to survive, and the preparation of poisons is considered an evil deed, so its method is discussed. The seven planets in sequential order, such as the sun, are the masters of the divisions of time in a day and night, with the division of intervals. That is, at the end of one-seventh of the day, the interval of Saturn ends, and in the middle of the sun's interval beginning, the intervals of emptiness, Rāhu, the eight nāgas, and the virulent lineage, the interval of the embodiment of the Lord of Death's time, half an hour passes quickly, which refers to the sum of the beginning and end. Tibetan commentaries say that at the end of Saturn, fifteen water ascensions, and at the beginning of the sun, fifteen water ascensions. The one-seventh mentioned here does not mean dividing the day equally into seven parts, but refers to the categories of empty time, etc., mentioned below.
