Having bound with the three irons and practiced, just that will eliminate hunger, thirst, etc. of the body and the diseases of the body, this is the practice of the meat pill of the earth-goers. Thus, it is the certainty of practicing the pill. Then, it is said to practice the eye medicine, taking the eyes of those who go in the sky, that is, any category of eyes, gathering them, grinding them into powder, mixing them with bodhicitta, and practicing the pill as before, the mantra is: Om Kalachakra Ajna Siddha Anjanaṃ Sadhaya Svaha. Others are as before. Anjanaṃ (Tibetan: ཨཉྫ་ནཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अञ्जनं, Sanskrit Romanization: añjanaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Eye Medicine) is eye medicine. Similarly, the bile categories of earth-goers such as dogs and horses, mixing them with women's flowers, should be practiced with the mantra of eye medicine. Thus, if the pill of the eyes is accomplished, that is the eye medicine of the best of men, just by applying it to the eyes, one can see the treasures under the earth, and for the purpose of obtaining it, it will greatly open the door of the earth's wealth. By applying the bile eye medicine to the eyes, one can become invisible in invisible places. When exercising power, just by looking at young women, one can captivate their minds, these should be practiced in the auspicious charnel ground. This is the ritual of practicing the pill and eye medicine. On the eighth night of the black moon (the first to fifteenth of each month in the Tibetan calendar is the black moon), or on the day and night of Manu, that is, the day and night of the fourteenth of the black moon, a mandala should be erected. Also, the protections mentioned when practicing the Lord of the Asuras should be done completely. The meat pill or eye medicine should be placed in the skull in the center of the mandala, and offered with very fragrant flowers. Similarly, tormas etc. should also be made. As shown before, the mantra of practicing the meat pill or eye medicine should be recited greatly. By the command of the Wheel of Time, as long as the objects of practice emit light like the sun in the sky, it indicates accomplishment, during this time the mantra should be recited. After the signs appear, the object should be taken and held, and if it does not emit light, the mantra should be practiced until the deity blesses the object, or until permission is granted.

It should be done. After accomplishment, according to the number of pills held, those people will become holders of the mountain abode, and each time they are applied to someone's eyes, they will become holders of eye medicine. Similarly, if one practices the vidyādhara of hand implements, one should make an iron sword and practice with the determination of a deity: oṃ kālacakra ajñā siddha khaḍgaṃ sādhaya svāhā. Sword) means sword. Similarly, by inserting the names of jewels, etc., in the place of the sword and practicing, when the substance emits light, it indicates accomplishment, and one will become a sword-wielding vidyādhara, and so on. That is, one should practice with a crystal jewel, a silver lotus, a golden wheel, a vajra of the nature of all iron, as well as a bell, and an iron hook-knife. Furthermore, all weapons such as tridents and battle-axes should be practiced. By the command of Kālacakra, whatever weapon is practiced, when it is accomplished, that sign will become the vidyādhara of that type of weapon, thereby obtaining immeasurable qualities. If, like the essence accomplished by the determination of the deity, one is born from person to person in seven lifetimes, and meets and eats the flesh of those seven lifetimes, one will achieve khecara even without practice. Or, even if one does not diligently practice pills, etc., in this life, but relies on the accomplished essence with the determination of the blessings of the deity, after passing through seven lifetimes, one will achieve khecara even without practice. That is also acceptable. This is the determination spoken of in the root tantra. From the one hundred and seventieth verse onwards, the fourteen verses on practicing the garuda are easy to understand, so the commentary on them is not written here. Thus it is said in the commentary. Then, to cure the poison of nāgas and the diseases of bhūtas, the practice of the garuda is taught. First, it is taught to examine the signs of life and death of a patient who has been bitten by a snake. The term "living" refers to the breath that sustains life, and therefore, from whichever nostril the breath flows, the messenger who asks about the life and death of the patient is located on that side, and that question is about survival. If the breath does not flow, and one asks emptily in the direction of the sky, then the person bitten by the snake will face death. After counting the vowel letters of the messenger's question,
