The wrathful lord Vajravega, as in the previously spoken sadhana ritual, born from the vajra that arises from the Hum syllable. Possessing twenty-six arms, adorned with an elephant skin garment. With four faces and two feet, eyes of reddish-yellow hue, and hair of reddish-yellow. Known as the lord of victors, adorned with the Akshobhya crown, biting down on sharp fangs. Adorned with snakes, and most excellently wearing a tiger skin loincloth. The main one, like the emblems of Kalachakra, possesses hands holding weapons. On the crown of the head, adorned with a garland of five-colored skulls, purifying all the victorious lineages, bound firmly, with pure, stainless rays of light radiating in all directions. Seated upon various lotuses and suns. In the center of the mandala palace, which is endowed with various colors, one should meditate on such a single hero. With two feet, suppressing the lords of beings, such as pretas, who cannot be overcome by others. Subduing with superior strength, and abiding with the right leg extended, causing fear to beings and so forth, holding an elephant skin. With the threatening mudra of the hands, causing fear to non-gods, nagas, and gods. One should meditate thus. At the four doors of the palace, in the east, a vajra hook; in the south, a vajra; in the west, a vajra lasso; and in the north, a vajra bell, arranged in order, are the emblems of the four wrathful ones. "Cing" is a conjunction. With the mantra syllables "Jah Hum Bam Hoh" (藏文:ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོ,梵文天城体:जः हुं बं होः,梵文罗马拟音:jah hum bam hoh,汉语字面意思:扎 吽 邦 霍), the wisdom being is invoked, absorbed, bound, and made of one taste, becoming one. If a yogi meditates in this way, in just one month, residing in a charnel ground, the assembly of beings will be accomplished. Meditating that the lord of beings, such as pretas, is overturned under the feet by the form of Vajravega, then they and their retinue will be accomplished. That is, pretas, rakshasas, or matrikas, and so forth. This is the determination of the sadhana of beings. Thereafter, in order to cause clouds to rain, the sadhana of the Naga King is spoken. Meditating oneself as Vajravega, on the lotus petals of the seat.

As for the mandala, the eight great nagas are on the eight petals of the lotus: On the eastern petal is Power-born, in the fire position is Lotus, in the south is Son of Wealth Increase, in the Truthless position is Conch Holder, in the north is Boundless, in the Free position is Possessor of Lineage, in the west is Upholder, and in the wind position is Great Lotus. Their colors are: east and fire are black, south and truthless are yellow, north and free are white, and west and wind are yellow. The naga kings Green Tara and Vajravarahi are placed face up on the sun disc cushion in the center of the lotus, with their left and right feet each stepping on a pair of garland holders. These nagas are in the form of humans from the navel up, and in the form of snakes from the navel down, with seven snake hoods surrounding their heads, and a jewel radiating light on top. The eight great nagas residing on the lotus petals are also overturned, with the tips of their tails all concentrated above Green Tara, namely the nagas of the east, southeast, north, and northeast; and above Vajravarahi, namely the nagas of the south, southwest, west, and northwest, with the tips of their tails all gathered and stepped on. Here it is said that the eight great nagas are nagas with five snake heads, and the clouds and the like of these nagas must constantly gush forth from their respective bellies. In this way, by practicing the wrathful deity in the charnel ground, it only takes a few days, that is, a month, to accomplish the multitude of clouds. Then, when you want to manifest, use samadhi to rain, and then invite back, you can stop the rain. This is the definitive understanding of the naga king practice. Now, the method of practicing the deity through the classification of activities is explained. Taking the ones just mentioned as examples, and so on, O Lord of Men! Separate the practices of Vairochana and other deities, as well as the practices of Lokanā and other goddesses, and for the same hero, in this mandala, due to the power of the respective Buddha families of Vairochana and others, the various classifications of activities will become diverse, including increasing, pacifying, magnetizing, and subjugating.
