Such is the face of Brahmacharya, guiding the conduct of the root. Thus, remember the eight vows, whoever protects the power of yoga, will quickly attain accomplishment. The meaning of this is extensively explained in the commentary on the praise. The four verses after the one hundred and twenty-fifth verse, such as thought and desire, are not explained by the commentary because they are easy to understand. Here, it is explained and said that the ten states of desire are: first, thinking with a mind that is shaken and attached to the object of attachment; second, desiring that object and striving to achieve it; its power causes heat to arise in the body as if infected by a fever; because of the heat, the lotus in the mouth dries up like thirst, and the mind is focused on the object of attachment, the mind is robbed, and one does not like to eat, that is, one does not want to eat at that time; the elements of the body are disturbed by attachment, so they tremble; the mind does not abide in its natural state, like madness; memory declines, and one becomes extremely ignorant; the mind is attached to the pleasure of desire and becomes confused and unrestrained; the mind is intoxicated by the pleasure of ejaculation and becomes unconscious, and the mind is withdrawn. Thus, they appear clearly and gradually. Thus, in the path of Vajradhara, the ten signs of the union of wind and mind in the six chakras, such as va, appear very clearly. Thus, in the bodies of sentient beings in the world, the ten states of desire that appear very clearly and definitely due to their own intoxication are the states of lust that are difficult to reverse in the realm of consciousness. If a yogi who abides in the limb of mindfulness can transform that state into the right path, liberate himself from the state of consciousness, and obtain the great bliss of non-leakage and immutability, who is it who desires to accomplish the Victorious Vajrasattva? They are the yogis who possess Vajra Yoga, and they will surpass the state of consciousness and accomplish it as they wish. This is from Ra [translator]: Whoever overcomes consciousness, whatever he desires will surely arise very easily. Thus it is recited. Here, from the four vows of definite meaning, drinking alcohol is, day and night together.

The white semen flowing from the melting bindu of bliss and emptiness is Māmaki (Tibetan: མཱ་མ་ཀཱི༷་) (Sanskrit Devanagari: मामाकी, Sanskrit Romanization: māmakī, literal Chinese meaning: mine), which is the intoxicating wine seller. When it is said to drink wine, it refers to this, not just drinking external wine. When it is said to eat the five meats of cow, dog, pig, etc., it refers to preventing the five senses such as the eyes from entering ordinary realms, but rather dwelling the five senses such as the eyes of meat, which are free from obscurations, on the five realms of emptiness day and night. If one does not occasionally eat a little sinful meat, what need is there to mention eating it wantonly every day? Relying on the five ambrosias refers to the Buddhas such as Vairocana, who dwell in the six great chakras above and below one's own lineage, binding the essence of the five ambrosias of feces, urine, semen, blood, and marrow in one's own body without leakage in a pure way. This is what is meant by approaching or relying on the five ambrosias, not eating external feces and urine like pigs, etc. Approaching sexual intercourse refers to seeing the form of emptiness directly, and then merging into the emptiness that possesses all perfections with a non-discriminating mind, making form and mind one in great bliss. This is what is meant by approaching the sexual intercourse of union, not rubbing in a woman's genitals every day and ejaculating. The above is an explanation of the true meaning of the four vows of drinking, eating the five meats and five ambrosias, and relying on them. Similarly, from the complete yoga of Sordu etc., the method of completing the ten perfections is explained. From the time of Sordu, one must also pursue the profound and supreme yoga, not relying on the body and wealth, and not being attached to the wealth of external and internal samsara, this is generosity. The mind does not turn back from the mind of enlightenment and from intercourse with women, this is the undefiled brahmacharya, which is morality. Patience means not entering the ordinary five realms such as external sounds, which means not being robbed of the mind by them. The destruction of the movement of the winds in both the left and right channels, which is cessation, is diligence. Samadhi and wisdom are also the mind of single-pointed concentration dwelling in innate bliss, and the dharmas.
