It is also not right to say "ground." Because dharmata is the nature, character, or reality of all dharmas, just as the heat of fire and the moisture of water, there is no establishment of nature and dharmas possessing nature as different. If they were different, then the dharmata of all dharmas would never be its dharmata and reality. Therefore, with the certainty that all dharmas are, from the beginning, the wheel of the perfectly pure mandala, cultivate the appearance of purity, and in order to make what is so appear as it is, it is necessary to understand the key points of meditating on the path of the two stages. It is not right to cling to the side of impure appearances defiled by dualistic delusion and distort the intention of the Vajrayana, because sentient beings have not transcended the nature of afflictions and suffering, and are therefore impure. That the Buddhas have transcended the cause and effect of samsara and are pure is merely something that is already established in the appearances of sentient beings who are ignorant of the truth of dharmata. By clinging to its tenets, one will not become wise, but will only become a teacher of that which is far removed from the meaning of profound yoga. If one takes the side of the tenet of great self-purification, in which samsara and nirvana are inseparable in reality, then whoever possesses the combination of the speech of profound view and conduct of the Vajrayana, just as one can infer from the speech of the irreversible Bodhisattva teaching profound Dharma, one can know that they are one who possesses profound yoga view and conduct. There is never any possibility of logical harm in speaking in this way by virtue of the meaning of the great equality of purity, in which the two truths are inseparable. Although it is endowed with the scriptural authority of the profound sutras and tantras in which the Victorious Ones and the supreme Bodhisattva-sons proclaim the sound of the Vajra Lion, no matter how the inferior-minded speak of refutations that cannot be accommodated, there is no result other than ruining themselves in this and future lives. Even though it never wavers from such a reality, in appearance, through the door of the distinctions divided into the two truths, purity and impurity, cause and effect, ground and path, and so forth, are all undeniably established for anyone. If one knows how to establish those distinctions without mixing them up and without contradiction, then one is a great being who speaks correctly about the intention of the Vajrayana.

It transforms. That is said as a supplementary meaning. In the ground state, the activity of establishing the four minds based on the four states of the dependent body as the four bodies is spoken of. Here, the so-called emanation of samsaric beings means that in the awakened state, the mind is extremely transformed into the one who enjoys the six objects. How so? Because driven by the mind-actor, the body engages, speech expresses through the door of terminology, and the senses discriminate objects. Here, it is appropriate to add body, speech, and senses, because in the commentary it is also said that the so-called "also" refers to the state of the enjoyment body in the ground state, and the time of dreams is also spoken of in that way. If enjoyment is complete, then the mind will think of the object that is not seen by relying on the tangible senses, or that is not seen by it, but is the appearance of one's own mind, which is not an external object, and the so-called "by the power of qualities" means by the power of the habits of various objects that are in the mind. Similarly, the Dharma body refers to the state of deep sleep. In sleep, the mind does not produce any memory or awareness that depends on the senses, but remains wrapped in non-conceptualization. The so-called purity refers to the fourth state, the mind is extremely transformed into bliss. Here, whether it is day or night, engaging in sexual intercourse, through the distinction of body, speech, and mind, the bindu dissolves, and finally experiencing the nature of the three joys that descend in sequence, from this, the great innate bliss is extremely transformed. That is to say, it is called the conventional innate or great bliss. Therefore, the innate bliss should be cultivated by yogis during the day and night, because it is for the sake of immutable bliss, not for the sake of leaking bliss. Because from leakage, bliss will decline, and due to the habits of attachment, one will be led into samsara, which is repeatedly experienced even by ordinary beings and even animals, but there is no essence in it. By binding the element to immutability, liberation from attachment and non-attachment, one can achieve immutable great bliss, therefore one should cultivate immutable bliss day and night through the door of the six-limbed union. Thus, if the defiled dharma ceases, it will transform into abiding in the undefiled dharma, the conventional dharma of arising and ceasing.
