These four (consorts) should be arranged. On the lotus petals of Cāmuṇḍā, first place "ഹി" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) in front, then clockwise, on the second petal is "ཡ" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), the third is "ཡི" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), the fourth is "ཡ" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), the fifth is "ཧཱི" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), which was previously placed in the back, the sixth is "ཨཱུ" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), the seventh is "ཡླྀ" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), and the eighth is "ཡཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Similarly, for Kṣityā, "ཀྵི་ཡཱ་ཡཱི་རཱཡྀ" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), "ཀྵཱི་ཡཱུ་ཡླཱི་ཡཿ" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Similarly, for Varāhī, "ཧྲྀ" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) etc., as it has been said before, it is not mentioned here. Thus, the seed syllables of the sixty-four goddesses, such as Bhairavī, the four long and short sounds of hi etc. are in the four directions of east etc., and kṣi etc. are in the four intermediate directions. The yoginīs, due to the power of their respective lineages in the directions of action etc., the method of manifesting towards them, other lineages become the method of Cāmuṇḍā etc., and their seed syllables are the distinctions of the letters of their respective mantras. It is said that Cāmuṇḍā and Kṣityā are mothers of the lineage of action. The lineage of form that manifests towards them is the method, which is the distinction of mantras, and is the lineage of the letter ṛ. Varāhī and Kaumarī are of the lineage of feeling, and the lineage of cognition is the method, which is born from u. Indrāṇī and Brahmāṇī are of the lineage of form, and the method is the lineage of action, which is born from i. Caṇḍī and Lakṣmī are of the lineage of cognition, and the method of manifesting towards them is the lineage of feeling, which is born from the letter ṛ. Thus, the four lineages are established in the speech maṇḍala. Then, in the body maṇḍala, the seed syllables of Indra etc. are spoken. ཏ༷ཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) and ནཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) are said to be the seed syllables of Indra, Varuṇa, and Kumāra respectively. Similarly, པ༷ཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) and མཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) are the water deity Apadeva, the ocean Samudra, and the auspicious Gaṇapati. ཊཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) and ཎཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) are the fire deity Agni and Kumāra, and ཙ༷ཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) and ཉཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) are the lord of the rākṣasas and the wind deity Vāyu. ཀ༷ཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) and དཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) are Viṣṇu, Kāla, and Yama. The seizing Yakṣa, the fierce Kubera, and also the wealth deity Vaiśravaṇa are སཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), and here it is ྈྐཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Thus, the groups of consonants from ca onwards, combined with vowels, become the goddesses on the lotus petals of the main great deity. In this way, when the festivals of the dark moon (Kṛṣṇa pakṣa) etc. are completely fulfilled, due to the certainty of time, the number of emptiness six and fire, that is, the seed letters become three hundred and sixty, as has been said before.
