Therefore, one should do as much as possible during session breaks. Then, for the purpose of protection, visualize hrīṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥) on the head, h्हृ (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्हृ,梵文罗马拟音:h्हृ,汉语字面意思:啥) on the throat, h्हृ (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्हृ,梵文罗马拟音:h्हृ,汉语字面意思:啥) on the heart, lāhrīṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:लाह्रीं,梵文罗马拟音:lāhrīṃ,汉语字面意思:拉啥) on the navel, hrāḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्राः,梵文罗马拟音:hrāḥ,汉语字面意思:啥) on the secret place, and hrāṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रां,梵文罗马拟音:hrāṃ,汉语字面意思:啥) on the crown of the head, thinking that these are the seed syllables of each chakra, marked by the six vajra mantras. Establish the six limbs with Oṃ hrīṃ śikhāyai vauṣaṭ, etc. Seal with the seed syllables of the six gates of the limbs that abide in both method and wisdom: Ū (藏文,梵文天城体:ऊ,梵文罗马拟音:ū,汉语字面意思:呜) on the head, Ī (藏文,梵文天城体:ई,梵文罗马拟音:ī,汉语字面意思:伊) on the heart, and Ā (藏文,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:阿) on the crown of the head, which are the body, speech, and mind of method; Lṛ (藏文,梵文天城体:लृ,梵文罗马拟音:lṛ,汉语字面意思:勒) on the navel, Ṛ (藏文,梵文天城体:ऋ,梵文罗马拟音:ṛ,汉语字面意思:热) on the throat, and Āḥ (藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) on the secret place, which are the body, speech, and mind of wisdom. Thus, meditating on the seed syllables of the three gates of the six limbs of method and wisdom, one should protect the three gates of method and wisdom during sleep, during the offering to the deity, and during intercourse with a mudrā. So it is said. Seventh, the nature of abiding in the mind that is manifest and hidden, is taught by the three verses from the two hundred and thirty-second verse, such as the visualization of the deity, to the two hundred and thirty-fourth verse, which completes the text of the practice section. Here, the visualization of the deity is taught for the purpose of accomplishing worldly and transcendental siddhis. Among them, due to the intention of beings desiring common and supreme siddhis, the visualization of the deity practiced by yogis is divided into two types: the visualization that appears manifestly and the examination by inferring its aspects with the intellect. The manifest visualization is the manifestation of the meaning of suchness, and through the union of the six-limbed practice of Vajra Yoga, like stars appearing in the sky, all the diverse appearances are not merely illusions created by sudden winds of mind, but the innate, clear light of mind itself, which is the self-radiance of wisdom. Therefore, although its essence is originally unborn, its nature is unceasing, and it appears as self-appearance. Therefore, in the realm of awareness, all the qualities of the result are spontaneously accomplished, and it is called the Sambhogakāya. This direct seeing is also not like seeing images and rainbows directly with ordinary eyes.

That is, the nature of mind is originally the self-radiance of the great wisdom of luminosity, which is pure from the beginning. All appearances are unobstructed and self-illuminating. Relying on the oral instructions of the Guru and the power of the path, one experiences all the diverse appearances of the three realms and three times, which can be perceived by the eyes of flesh, as being like dreams and illusions. It is like the appearance of various forms such as earth, but in reality, the nature of those forms does not exist. Even when the eyes are closed, they can appear, so they cannot be seen by ordinary eyes, because they are not the seer and the seen, but the appearance of the self-nature of luminosity, which should be understood. Furthermore, for beginners, seeing empty forms such as smoke through the yoga of individual gathering is seeing various forms of empty forms with the eyes of flesh at a time when there is no attainment of clairvoyance. Then, through the practice of meditation, at the stage of attaining clairvoyance, there is no difference between opening and closing the eyes. At this time, the empty forms seen are seen by the divine eye, which is more excellent than the previous way of seeing. Then, through the practice of the limbs of holding and remembrance, at the stage of attaining freedom from attachment to the pleasures of leakage, in this state, one obtains the unchanging bliss, and obtains the cause of enlightenment without defects. From the point of view of metaphor, it is like the Buddha's eye seeing the form of emptiness. Thus, Bodhisattva Vajragarbha said: By stopping the life and the inverted, one desires the nature of detachment. Thus it is said. Then, through the practice of the samadhi limb, starting from the time when one season of wind ceases, by the power of the stage of the Bodhisattva ground, one sees all empty forms with the eye of wisdom. Then, all the changes of the twelve seasons cease, and by the power of reaching the stage of obtaining the wisdom body of the Buddha, the master of the twelve grounds, one sees with the eye of wisdom, and the eye of wisdom, which possesses all the qualities of the five eyes of the all-knowing one, sees all knowable objects. Thus, it is like one wisdom eye without impurity. Liberated from all the habits of change, liberated from all that remains.
