十二月黑月之末,名为Śrī Dhānyakața(梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思),即吉祥米聚,dhāna(梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)为稻谷,kața(梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)为聚集。

Thus, on the fifteenth day, the white fraction that marks the end of the dark month, the lamas who possess pure intention and effort to benefit others, construct the glorious Kalachakra mandala. As it is said, the thirty days and nights until the appearance of the fish star are considered by the commentators to be the month of that star. Here, the fifteenth day is taken as the end of the dark month. The construction of the mandala on this fifteenth day is as follows: In the sacred land of India, starting from the first day of the white month, until the end of the fifteenth day, when the first day of the dark month begins, at dawn of the Saga month, when the first rays of light appear. The Bhagavan Shakyamuni attained complete enlightenment under the Bodhi tree, the Ashvattha tree, at Vajrasana, turned the wheel of Dharma, and taught the three vehicles. At the end of the dark month of the twelfth month, the place called Śrī Dhānyakața (श्री धान्यकट, Shri Dhanyakata, Glorious Rice Heap), where dhāna (धान, dhana, grain) is rice and kața (कट, kata, heap) is a heap. In the past, a realized sage caused a rain of rice, hence the name of that place, which is called the Dhanyakata Stupa. Inside the seat of that stupa is the mandala called Dharmadhatu Vagishvara, characterized by sixteen divisions, and in the vase above it is the glorious constellation mandala, characterized by sixteen divisions, where the deities of the primordial Buddha are fully manifested, the number of deities being equal to the number of hours in the constellation wheel. This stupa is called the constellation mandala because outside the stupa there are twenty-eight pillars, pure with the twenty-eight constellations, seven on each of the four sides. The seven on the east were brought and erected by Vishnu, similarly the south by the youth Karttikeya with six faces, the west by Brahma, and the north by the Bliss-maker, that is, Shiva, hence the name. Similarly, the twenty-four door panels are divided by direction, some lamas say that the twenty-four door panels between each pair of pillars are divided by direction, and the remaining four positions between the pillars are doors, the meaning is clear. As it is said in the "Ma 'gyur", the twenty-four sides of the door are divided by half-months, thus it means that the twelve doors of the body, speech, and mind mandalas are doors.
