If when excavating the land, precious jewels, conch shells, and corals appear, it will bring complete victory and happiness. Such investigation is for the purpose of mandalas, and similarly for the purpose of building houses, and for the dwellings of people, and for clearly performing offerings and other activities here, therefore, land investigation and purification should be done in that way. Then, the days for purifying the land are mentioned. For the days of completion, land purification and acquisition should also be done. It is said that there are six complete days in a month, namely the fifth of the waxing and waning moon, which are five and twenty, the tenth, which are ten and twenty-five, and the fifteenth, which are the full moon and empty day. Therefore, at that time, for virtuous deeds, avoiding the part of the white side's completion, Viṣṭi (Tibetan: བིཥྚི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: विष्टि, Sanskrit Romanization: viṣṭi, Chinese literal meaning: Viṣṭi), and for non-virtuous deeds, excavate the land on the complete days of the black side, purify it by removing thorns and the like, and also purify it with mantras and mudras, and then fill the holes with earth and compact them. Then, there is the complete acquisition of land, and similarly, for disciples, proper recruitment should also be done on the days of completion, especially praising it to be done on the full moon. Having known the time for drawing the mandala, lines should be drawn on the twelfth day, and the auspicious distribution of colored powders should be done on the thirteenth and fourteenth days, which are called the days of desire and Manu. Therefore, it is implicitly known that the ritual of abiding should be done on the eleventh day before drawing the lines. Empowerment, consecration, fire offerings, and the like are bestowed by the most excellent guru on the full moon, and also on the black full moon, and on the full moon of Saga Dawa (Tibetan: ས་ག་ཟླ་བ) (April), the day when the Buddha subdued the demons. The commentary says, "Understand the words of the scriptures," which means that words and particles that do not conform to grammar and the like that appear in various situations should be understood as meaning that the Buddha's scriptures are done in that way. If that is not appropriate, it can also be done on any other full moon. On the night of that full moon, consecration should be done for the statues and the like of the Buddha's lineage, because it is certain that consecration is not done on other nights. Pure auspicious times, and auspicious planets and constellations, and the like are auspicious and complete, therefore, O lord of men, consecration on other nights is also an exception. The life constellation is Jupiter and Mars day.

如果太阳落山而看不见，那么那时绝对不能为那个月亮举行婚礼和开光。这是《文殊根本续》中所说，如“太阳的末尾也是好星，白色月亮帕瓦桑”等，说的是在能看见息星的时候是吉祥的。同样，在国王和黑月的初一，太阳进入金星的区域，在国王的初一，为国王们灌顶，即任命为国王，在黑月的初一，为佛陀灌顶的事情是好的。因此，阿阇黎们在土地的处所，对于世间和出世间的人们所做的任何行为的仪轨，以及时间和地点和禅定等都完全了解之后，无论做什么样的息等事业，都能完全那样地给予果实，这是由于甚深缘起的力量。这主要是注释中说的与日期联系起来。这里，在进行灌顶和开光等坛城之前，首先是弟子为了灌顶和开光而祈请的时候，以及弟子准备和开光准备等的时候，供养准备的本尊，保护弟子和要开光的所依是为了不让出现障碍。也就是在弟子的头顶上是ཨཱུ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）字，是父亲的身；在心间是ཨཱི་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）字，是父亲的语；同样在顶髻上是ཨཱ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）字，是父亲的意，这是三族姓；在肚脐上是ལཱྀ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）字，是母亲的身；在喉咙上是རཱྀ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）字，是母亲的语；在吉祥秘密的莲花中是ཨཱཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）字，是母亲的意。这样，胜者等天女，也就是父续母续二者的种姓，以身语意分开来守护。同样，佛像等和经书等，一定要用明亮的吉祥妙音来守护，也就是用ཨ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）、ཨི་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）、རྀ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）、ཨུ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）、ལྀ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）这五个来守护。之后，要向诸佛祈请，为了众生从轮回中解脱，某某阿阇黎我，主要为了建立时轮金刚坛城，因此，请诸佛和菩萨们加持弟子等。

If the sun sets and cannot be seen, then at that time, it is absolutely impossible to hold a wedding or consecration for that moon. This is what is said in the Root Tantra of Manjushri, such as "The end of the sun is also a good star, the white moon Pawa Sang," etc., which says that it is auspicious when the peaceful stars can be seen. Similarly, on the first day of the king's moon and the black moon, the sun enters the realm of Venus. On the first day of the king's moon, the kings are enthroned, that is, appointed as kings, and on the first day of the black moon, the enthronement of the Buddha is good. Therefore, after the Acharyas have fully understood the rituals of any actions performed by worldly and transcendental beings in the place of the earth, as well as the time, place, and meditation, whatever peaceful or other actions are performed, they will fully bestow the fruits in that way, due to the power of profound dependent origination. This is mainly explained in the commentary as being related to the date. Here, before performing the mandala of empowerment and consecration, etc., first, when the disciple prays for the purpose of empowerment and consecration, and when the disciple prepares and prepares for consecration, etc., the deity of preparation is offered, and the protection of the disciple and the object to be consecrated is to prevent obstacles from arising. That is, on the disciple's head is the letter ཨཱུ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning), which is the father's body; in the heart is the letter ཨཱི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning), which is the father's speech; similarly, on the crown is the letter ཨཱ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning), which is the father's mind, these are the three lineages; on the navel is the letter ལཱྀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning), which is the mother's body; on the throat is the letter རཱྀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning), which is the mother's speech; in the glorious secret lotus is the letter ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning), which is the mother's mind. In this way, the victorious ones and other goddesses, that is, the lineages of both the father and mother tantras, are protected by separating body, speech, and mind. Similarly, Buddha images and scriptures, etc., must be protected by the bright and auspicious sounds, that is, by ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning), ཨི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning), རྀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning), ཨུ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning), ལྀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning).
