For delusion and rigidity, offer astringent incense, which is a mixture of Terminalia chebula powder and brown sugar. These are the specifications for incense offerings. Similarly, for food: for pacification, offer milk and tsampa; for increase, offer yogurt and tsampa; for subjugation, offer liver; for expulsion, offer meat; for control, offer butter and tsampa; for attraction, offer sesame oil and tsampa; for delusion, offer tsampa mixed with lentils and mung beans; for rigidity, offer chickpeas, fish, and tsampa. These are the prescribed offering rituals. Then, The ritual for drawing mandalas for pacification and other activities is described. Similarly, one should understand the combination of the drawing base, the drawing material, and the pen. For the mandala of subjugation and expulsion, use bones from a corpse in a cemetery; for control and attraction, use blades of grass; and for delusion and rigidity, use mature, yellow leaves of the Arka tree.

For expulsion, write with water containing ashes from the cemetery, blood, and poison; for subjugation, with Kashmiri saffron and musk; for attraction, write with juice smeared with red sandalwood; for rigidity and delusion, write with the juice of three fruits, as well as lime and indigo. As for what pen to write with: for pacification, use durva grass; for increase, use a cooling white sandalwood pen; for killing, use a human bone pen; for expulsion, use a pen made from the feather root of a crow's tail feather; for subjugation, use a gold pen; for attraction, use a pen born from the lion's grass; for rigidity, use a pen born from the wood apple tree; for delusion, use a pen of the wood arka tree. As for what container to place the wheel in, it is said to be placed in a pottery bowl, etc. The specific method is to first fold the well-drawn wheel, wrap it around the back of the tube, and wrap it with thread until the wheel is no longer visible. Pacification and increase use white thread, killing and expulsion use black thread, subjugation and attraction use red thread, and rigidity and delusion use yellow thread. Then place pacification and increase in two pottery bowls placed together, and place killing and expulsion in an auspicious human skull. In addition, the wheel of pacification and increase should be placed in three sweets, namely a mixture of honey, butter, and milk. Killing and expulsion are placed in the skull, together with blood. Subjugation and attraction are placed in the center of a beeswax bowl, and then covered with tiles again and burned with fire. Rigidity and delusion are placed in the center of a brick container filled with indigo water. After doing this, further explain the difference in placement locations: pacification and increase should be placed in a clean place, on top of a mandala; killing and expulsion should be placed under the cremation house, in a pit dug in the ground. Subjugation and attraction should be placed under the stove and burned with fire; rigidity and delusion should be placed on dry land. In this way, the wheel should be placed in its respective place. Pacification, increase, and other virtuous results, as well as killing, expulsion, and other non-virtuous results, should be understood by the reciter according to their respective results. Next, it describes how to draw the marks of the outer shape of the drawn wheel.
