It is certain that the yogi should understand in the place on the ground, which is the determination of the symbol of the view. Similarly, the symbol of speech should also take the first letter of whatever the name of the thing is. From this, by the power of the situation, the meaning can be understood. For example, when it is said, "Bring Sindhupa," it is understood as clothes when bathing, salt when eating, a horse when walking, and a sword when fighting. Just as in this way, by the symbol of the first letter of the name, all dharmas can be understood. At the time of the assembly wheel and so on, among the sentient beings who do not have vows, yogis or yoginis should express in other languages of thought or symbols, which is a complete certainty. Tenth, the nature of pleasing the glorious lama with all offerings is abiding, which is explained from the one hundred and ninety-eighth verse to the two hundredth verse, such as the six parts of the body. Although this is the twelfth and final abiding in the root tantra, it is said to be the tenth abiding in this condensed tantra. That is also because the disciples offer the guru the meaning of the empowerment, and the way to offer the six parts of the determination of the parts of their own body, etc., is that when the Vajra Acharya's householder, or novice or monk, is empowered, the disciple should make this vow: I will always offer one-sixth of all things. This is certain. Among them, regarding offering one-sixth to the guru, first from within one's own body, the two hands and two feet, and from among the five limbs such as the body, the best limb, the head, which is one-sixth, should also be given for the sake of prostrating to the guru, that is, constantly offered. Similarly, from among the root powers of action, one-sixth of the speech root is offered for the sake of speaking truthfully to the guru without any small lies, and praising and speaking in accordance with it, and from among the root powers of the body such as the eyes, or from within, the root of mind with qualities free from false fabrication should also be offered to the guru for the sake of all sentient beings, that is, in every way, let the mind follow the guru.

I shall entrust it to this. Likewise, dry wealth, precious jewels such as gold, and grains, etc., inanimate objects, or wealth of the nature of elements, whether they have existed for a long time or have suddenly appeared, from those that one possesses, one-sixth of the portion, which are the most precious within the realm, should be offered for the purpose of worshiping yoginis and others. Similarly, from the possessions with sentient beings, whatever one possesses, one-sixth of the two-legged humans and four-legged animals, etc., should be offered to the teacher, that is, sons and wives, etc., who are pleasing to the teacher's heart, and precious parts such as horses and elephants. The other five parts should be kept for oneself and one's retinue to enjoy. The so-called "other part" is the giving of desirable objects. For beautiful wives, etc., once a month, one-sixth of one month, five times, should be given as a gift of desirable objects, which is determined by the Tathagata. In another way, according to the rules of mantra, without giving the gift of desirable objects, even after countless eons of giving, etc., one will not attain the siddhi of the Great Seal, nor will one attain the siddhi of the Action Seal and the Wisdom Seal. Those who are suppressed by attachment and cling to their own vidyā, cannot offer wives, etc., therefore the supreme siddhi of the Seal will not arise. Thus, having offered one-sixth of all possessions, in order to realize the unchanging supreme bliss Great Seal, any disciple who follows wisdom, for the sake of great bliss, if one offers everything to the vajra master, the lama, the maker of the mandala, who is endowed with all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, one will go to the state of unchanging bliss. Thus, this is the determination of offering one-sixth. Then, the great master, with compassion for sentient beings, spoke of empowerment. Here, for the six realms of sentient beings in the world, all sentient beings who have not received empowerment and remain in the three existences, from their respective world realms, are hooked by the wisdom vajra hook of omniscient wisdom, and visualized as being placed in that mandala.
