Samadhi refers to combining the intermediate winds, using life energy, and visualizing a moon-shaped mandala on the lotus in one's heart, with a stainless, rabbit-like, multi-colored Buddha Mother residing on it in a vajra or lotus posture. She has one face and two arms, with the right hand giving the supreme giving mudra and the left hand holding a lotus. As for medicine, when the evil disease initially causes fever in the body, grind small beans into powder, mix with cold water, and drink. This can eliminate the Vajra thorns of those who are attacked by the heat of the disease.
