The elder is: worthy of being offered to by the wise, able to clarify the teachings, and able to subdue heretics and demons. These are for the benefit of the next world, and should be pleasing to sentient beings. The elder by wealth is: the king, who should be pleasing to those who strive for the enjoyment of this world. Therefore, one who knows the three vehicles is an elder by asceticism. A householder, unless he becomes an ascetic, has no opportunity to hear the Pratimoksha vows from the Hearer Vehicle. Therefore, a householder will not become an elder unless he possesses clairvoyance. The Blessed One has not taught in any vehicle that householders who are separated from the ordained enjoy near monasteries and temples. Therefore, it should be understood that the clairvoyance mentioned here mainly refers to the wisdom of realizing Suchness. Therefore, in order to fully understand the three vehicles, one must first rely on the treatises of the Vaibhashika school, that there is a world of aggregated atoms, and likewise there is a Pudgala who bears burdens, the Blessed One said that he does not speak of a self that is permanent or impermanent. Therefore, one should understand the arising and ceasing of the world, and the times of formation, abiding, destruction, and emptiness. Having connected in this way, as it is said how the world is formed. Nowadays, mantra practitioners do not need to listen to or contemplate the meaning of the three vehicles' scriptures, and they think that if they are mantra practitioners, there is no prohibition on what they do. This kind of thinking is: bad wisdom seeks a basis in mantras, and looking downwards will only lead to hell. Therefore, those who seek liberation and wish to improve themselves should properly contemplate the key points of the maturing and liberating aspects of the mantra vehicle, not wasting them and making them meaningful. This is the determination of the yogi's conduct. Now, the medicine of the renunciate yogi is taught: the urine of Akshobhya should be slightly warmed, and holding it in the mouth can relieve oral diseases, and it is also a medicine for toothache. Also, the text shows that it is also beneficial for tooth worms. In the early morning, inhaling the cold urine of Akshobhya can alleviate head diseases.

To sustain life, similarly, inhale cold water through the nose. Pouring warm urine and extremely cold water into the ears and eyes respectively can eliminate diseases of both. When tormented by being possessed by pretas and other spirits, inhaling a mixture of three hot medicines, namely ginger, long pepper, and zedoary, through the nose can bring comfort. Even in the case of being bitten by a snake, it can bring comfort. It can pacify oral diseases, etc. Now, to increase lifespan, the formulation of the five ambrosias is described. As it is said, "As the external environment is, so is the body," consuming internal and external excrement, which is the nature of Vairochana, as well as urine, semen, dust or blood, and human flesh, can increase lifespan. Among these, internal excrement and external excrement refer to the potent oil of Vairochana, namely gold and pearls, in equal parts with internal excrement. Internal urine and external all-pervading lord of men, namely the juice of bhringaraja (Eclipta prostrata). Bhringaraja, although lengthening "rājā" can be translated as king, the short "raja" is the name of a color, namely the color of sound, applying it to the head can blacken the hair, it is a tonic medicine, growing in Nepal and other places. In the local language, it is called "bhānggārā," said to be a herb similar to poshak. If not found, it is said that Tribulus terrestris can be used as a substitute. Internal female dust or flower, namely blood, and external red thorns or black from the five lineages for tonic, it is also said to be good. These two are in equal parts. The female flower refers to the first menstrual blood of a young woman, if not found, it can be replaced by the menstruation of a young and beautiful woman. Internal male semen and external mercury. After purifying the mercury according to the method to be described, semen and mercury should also be in equal parts. Human flesh refers to the external three fruits, namely haritaki, bibhitaki, and amalaki. Internal human bones, these should all be in equal parts. Thus, one part of internal and external excrement, one part less than a quarter of four parts of flesh, half a part of blood, one part of semen, mix these together and grind them into powder, stir with urine seven times, repeatedly dry in the sun, take an amount equivalent to two gold coins each morning and evening, with ghee and honey.
