The gathering and meditation of the path of directly seeing the signs of the earth is, by the power of the certainty of the guru's instructions, to contemplate or meditate on the image of all forms at the boundary, that is, ultimately. From the boundary where the image appears in all forms, the life force (Tibetan: སྲོ༷ག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्राण, Sanskrit Romanization: prāṇa, Chinese literal meaning: life) and the downward-clearing wind are injected into the wheels of the channels by means of life exertion. The act of stabilizing with the limbs of holding is also done, that is, the center of the wheels enters the central channel. After that, with the yoga of mindfulness, the moon must be stopped, just like Rahu stopping the moon. Its meaning is that the inner moon, the moving of bodhicitta, is stopped by the yogi. Thus, the one who is able to correctly combine life (Tibetan: སྲོ༷ག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्राण, Sanskrit Romanization: prāṇa, Chinese literal meaning: life) and downward-clearing is called a yogi. Thus, after gaining the power to control and stop the movement of bodhicitta, that bodhicitta, from the top of the jewel to the crown of the head, through the order of homogeneous cause and ripening cause, and the action of the person and separation or stainlessness, descends in the order of lower stability, and it becomes impossible to move again, so whatever is slightly unspeakable through the door of non-discrimination, self-awareness of each, the nature of the four bodies of the wisdom of meaning, those noble desires, in a few days or three years and three months, in this life, the supreme accomplishment of Mahamudra will be attained. The determination of the path of accomplishing the accomplishment of Mahamudra. After that, it is said to deceive untimely death. When the yogi sees the signs of untimely death, the sun and the moon, that is, the wind moving in the right and left channels, should be stopped by the exertion of life force. How to stop it? By the order of equal gathering and unequal arising, the mandala of the five elements descends. It should be extremely entered into the central channel and the conch-like mother of the fire channel of time. The two, life (Tibetan: སྲོ༷ག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्राण, Sanskrit Romanization: prāṇa, Chinese literal meaning: life) and downward-clearing, are also bound and abide in the central channel, and after one day has passed, untimely death is deceived. That is, including the joints of the fingers and toes of the hands and feet, and the ends of the nails, the entire body, the place where the five great mandalas descend, is completely filled with the life (Tibetan: སྲོ༷ག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्राण, Sanskrit Romanization: prāṇa, Chinese literal meaning: life) of the vase of the union of the central channel, and the wheels such as the crown of the head

Sixth, becoming a Buddha, that is, the nature of Vairochana is the pulse of excretion, the nature of Tara is the pulse of urination, the nature of fearless or intrepid Ratnasambhava is the pulse of digesting food, the nature of Hand Lotus or Lotus Hand Amitabha is the single pulse, all the winds that flow into these pulses are taken into the body, making the body full. Then, causing it to flow into the central channel, the yogi should meditate on the vase breathing. Through the sequence that will be explained in the sadhana, etc., untimely death can be averted. This is certain. Then, the method of pacifying diseases is explained. Here, for the navel and secret place of the body, as mentioned before, there are eighty pulses that cause wind disorders, in order to balance the elements of these pulses, contracting the downward-clearing air into the dhati of the wheel of the secret place, doing the vase breathing of the secret place. In this way, one can pacify the faults caused by the upward-going life air and bring about desire, that is, happiness. Therefore, contracting the downward-clearing air is called "desire," meaning benefit or harmony. For the supreme body, this method is praised as being able to eliminate all wind diseases. Similarly, in order to balance the twenty pulses that cause phlegm disorders on the forehead and crown, one should practice life exertion becoming desire, meaning that in order to prevent the upward-going life air from entering the central channel, one should do the vase breathing of the forehead. These are beneficial or pleasing for phlegm diseases. Again, releasing those life-downward vase breathings is for the faults of bile diseases. First, forcefully releasing outwards, then inhaling the external air from the mouth with "Hasibu," meaning cool. Then slowly inhaling, holding the breath like a normal vase breathing. Stirring the uvula with the tongue and drinking the nectar (stuka, etc.) that drips from it can eliminate all bile diseases. In order to balance the forty pulses that cause bile disorders in the throat and heart, these practices should be performed. If one correctly blocks the "I" of the upward-going life air and the "I" of the downward-clearing air, and meditates on the combined vase breathing in the navel, it will bring about the happiness of being free from diseases in the body, etc. In particular, it is beneficial for aggregative and epidemic diseases. In order to balance the ten pulses that cause diseases gathered in the secret place
