Therefore, like before, the clear, entering, and same-flavored cause, slightly without attachment to the meaning of the near object, there is no practice or acceptance, and those are not abandoned, which is to abide in the Dharma nature without negation or exclusion. As long as there is the action of negation, practice, exclusion, and establishment, then one cannot transcend the changing and shifting mind, therefore it is not the true self-nature co-emergent wisdom. The certainty of the power of desire and so on, means that the special wisdom that quickly gives liberation by the power of one's own mind is specifically proclaimed. As it is said, why is it so? The substantial self and the powerful, etc., are the creators of samsara, the givers of suffering and happiness, alas! The lord of men, that is not change, in the three realms there is no other actor who binds and liberates, alas! The lord of men, after abandoning the power of one's own mind. Thus, one's own mind power becomes bondage and liberation, and the power of the mind is the four states of waking, dreaming, deep sleep, and absorption. Among them, the most important is the fourth state, which is the state of the Dharma nature of the arising and cessation of samsara. From the change of the transfer of semen, the habit of samsara is produced, and by not transferring, it is bound, thus stopping samsara and giving liberation. The habit of transfer is the cognitive obscuration, therefore the liberation of this should be understood as non-abiding nirvana, as Khedrup Je said. In general, the habit of transfer refers to all sudden changes of mind that are accompanied by semen, drops, and the three 'I's. It is extremely narrow to think only of whether or not semen drips during absorption. The mind that is naturally nirvana, beyond samsara, the wisdom of the Dharma nature of clear light, abiding in the bodies of all sentient beings, is originally liberated, therefore it is not bound by anything, therefore it is not liberated again by anything. How does it abide in all bodies? The part of empty space, when water is taken from the center of the vase, the space does not go out to other places, and when water is poured in, the space does not newly enter there, just like that, the four liberations

The Dharma-nature of the mind, which is primordially pure by its very nature, and the Vajradhara of the sky, which is naturally luminous and all-pervasive, is inseparable from the mind as the principle of Dharma-nature. Such a Vajradhara is separate from objects and aspects such as the five aggregates, and lacks qualities such as courage, but dwells in the very center of the bodies of all sentient beings. Even in the state of the four obscurations and in the state of the fruit free from obscurations, it remains in equanimity without any change before or after, just as the space in the center of a vase remains without moving. Even during the four states of obscuration, their obscurations, together with their predispositions, are naturally separate from it, that is, it is not stained by them. That in which both permanence and annihilation are absent, that which transcends the two extremes, is Vajradhara, that is, the perfectly pure mind. It is the ascertainment of the mind of samsara and nirvana. Thus, the Buddha, the Bhagavan, is the one who speaks of the existence of karma, the one who speaks of the absence of a single agent, and the one who speaks of selflessness. By his words, the nature of the perfectly pure mind, the essence of self-luminousness, is: "Not existent, not non-existent, not both existent and non-existent, nor is it the nature of both." Thus, the sole, incomparable teacher of the three realms, who reveals the reality that is devoid of the four extremes of elaboration, is not the creator of the world. He is the embodiment of the four bodies of the first Buddha, who directly knows all aspects of knowable things, and the three realms bow their heads to the lotus feet, possessing the great bliss free from defilements, possessing all aspects of the Dharma, the Kalachakra. He is not Vishnu and others who hold the wheel in their hands. Why is that? The teacher Buddha, to whom even Brahma, Vishnu, and the great powerful Maheshvara go for refuge at the lotus feet, that Kalachakra who is the glorious Vajrasattva who gives birth to all the supreme victors of all lineages, without any change in qualities such as courage, without any defilements or signs of duality, and without any discriminations, to that Manjushri Fame, I prostrate.
