If it takes a long time, if you wonder how the essence descends when all these channels are complete, then through the power of the yogi, the dried channels are revived, and the essence can descend, so combining the external with the internal is not only the prerogative of ordinary people, but the prerogative of universal beings, and there is no fault in doing so. Although it is said that way, it seems sufficient to have just those channels in which the essence descends internally, and it doesn't seem necessary to elaborate so much. The internal intestines are the external clouds, because rotten things fall and sounds are made. Although the word "intestines" is distinguished in the scriptures, it is not combined. The so-called "possessor of rabbits," that is, one-sixteenth of the moon, refers to the sixteen parts of semen transfer in different parts of the internal body. One view is that, in addition to that, there are also sixteen forms of hair and so on that are transformed into essence. There are two kinds of nature, and here it is explained that the latter, that is, fine and coarse hair, are respectively lanugo and hair, which are the first and second kinds. Similarly, thin and thick skin are the third and fourth kinds. Internal and external blood, or thin and thick blood, are the fifth and sixth kinds. Similarly, fine and coarse flesh are the seventh and eighth kinds. Fine and coarse channels are the ninth and tenth kinds. Fine and coarse bones are the eleventh and twelfth kinds. Fine and coarse tibias are the thirteenth and fourteenth kinds. Thin and thick semen are the fifteenth and sixteenth kinds. Then, the birthplaces of earth, water, fire, and wind are combined with the body. In the Pramāṇavārttika, it is said: "Birth and truth, and thus existence, sentient beings' abodes and non-humans, a small part of the body and earth, etc., the sound of elements is to be thought of by the wise." Among them, here the sound of elements is combined with sentient beings, such as "sentient beings' elements, and the food of those who seek elements or beings," as said in the Abhidharmasamuccaya. Therefore, relative to the practitioner himself, there are four kinds of sentient beings' birthplaces in the external world, and it is explained how the practitioner's own body is complete in accordance with them, or it is considered that the sound of elements refers to earth and so on, and it is explained how the birthplaces of earth and other elements are complete in the internal body. It should be known that the external solid birthplace of earth is the internal hair and so on, and the external birthplace of wind, the oviparous, is the internal

Lice and so on. The birthplace of fire externally is viviparous, and internally it is semen. The birthplace of water externally is the insect species. What is born from warmth and moisture is also the insect species and so on on the body. Although not explicitly stated, the birthplace of corpses or the sky includes tiny shaped creatures inside, so the body has all four elements of birthplace. Thus, it seems that these five birthplaces also include the birthplaces of sentient beings and non-sentient beings. Like stable earth birthplaces such as trees, the other three also depend on the karma of sentient beings. It is not impossible for material objects such as eggs or wind to arise. Spontaneous birth is not impossible anywhere, and depending on good and bad karma, rain of food and rain of weapons from the sky, etc., if viewed from a conventional perspective, there is nothing that cannot be said about the birthplace of the sky. Therefore, if these five elements of birthplace can be practically applied to all sentient and non-sentient beings, it seems that a slightly broader interpretation of this treatise would be helpful, but since no one has said so, it is proposed as a way of exploration. In this way, the distinct and stable earth birthplace mentioned above, such as trees, can be understood as trees without any problem, but what is the meaning of saying that domestic animals are spontaneous births of the four birthplaces? If applied to internal sentient beings, what is the existence of the earth birthplace? Must the birthplace of external objects be considered the only earth birthplace? These doubts still seem to exist, so it is hoped that the wise will study them. The fifteen days of joy and so on outside refer to the joints of the fingers such as the thumb. Starting from the little finger of the left hand, it corresponds to the elements of space, wind, fire, water, and earth. The fifteen parts of these joints correspond to the fifteen days of the white moon, such as joy. Starting from the old thumb of the right hand, in the order of absorption, they are earth, water, fire, wind, and space. The fifteen parts of these joints are the fifteen days of the dark moon, such as joy. After that
