From that, the four elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, and the seven of mind, intellect, and ego arise, which is the second limit. From that which arises, the five faculties and five objects, from the five faculties, the most excellent faculty of wisdom, semen arises, along with the sixteen including the conch-bearing woman, is merely the limit of transformation. Here, what is called mind refers to the mind faculty; intellect refers to the six aggregates of consciousness; ego is the consciousness of self-grasping, and if it is considered as afflicted mind, I think it is appropriate. Dharma Lord Buton said, "The mind of the five consciousnesses, and the intellect of discrimination, and the afflicted mind of self-grasping." Omniscient Dolpopa considered the mind with qualities, etc., to be the alaya consciousness, the intellect to be the six aggregates of consciousness, and ego to be the afflicted mind. Khedrup Je said, "Mind is mind consciousness, intellect is the mental events of its retinue, and ego is self-grasping." The enjoyer, the self, is merely nominally imputed upon the five aggregates, and although its nature is not substantially existent, it is considered the enjoyer through imputation. But in ultimate truth, the nature of mind is clear light, Vajradhara (藏文:རྡོ་རྗེ་ཅན།,梵文天城體:वज्रधर,梵文羅馬擬音:Vajradhara,漢語字面意思:持金剛者) is the unwavering great sovereign, the state of the supreme pervasive lord, which is the state of being free from what is enjoyed, who enjoys, and the act of enjoying. Then, it is explained how the external elements, etc., are complete in the internal body. Here, in the internal body, the element of earth is hardness. Similarly, water is wetness, fire is heat, and the element of wind is light and moving, capable of stretching, bending, and other actions. The pores of the body are empty, they are the element of space. The foundation of the body, the stable bones, from the hips to the spine and between the shoulders, is the supreme immortal mountain, that is, Mount Meru. External rainfall, in the internal body, refers to the nectar called "Stuka" that drips from the tongue and uvula. External vajra falling, the sound of thunder, in the body refers to the sound of intestinal rumbling. Similarly, combining the external and internal, the bow of the gods, the rainbow, is also excrement. The nature of the external sixty water measures, the hours of time, in the internal refers to the pair of inhalation and exhalation. In the internal, considering one exhalation and inhalation as a pair, nine hundred doubled thousand and eight hundred breaths transform into one internal transformation. The external transformation is the breath with the part of the Ye wind, Bulen.

In this way, through such union, each moment arises, and within, the navel chakra petals arise, and in the twelve major channels where the five chakras descend, the breath transforms. Similarly, just as the sun moves through each zodiac sign externally, the thirty-day month occurs, and internally, it is accomplished by the five channels where the five chakras descend. External time is connected to the body. The planets being connected to the internal body means: what astrologers should calculate, the planets are internally connected to the body's orifices. In 'Rahu's Transformation,' the stars are translated as orifices. That is, the orifice of the anus is the planet Moon, the orifice of urination is the Sun, the orifice of semen is Time-Fire, the orifice of the mouth is Rahu (Tibetan: སྒྲ་གཅན།), the orifice of the right eye is Auspicious, the orifice of the left eye is the planet Mars, the right nostril is Mercury, the left nostril is Venus, the right ear orifice is Saturn, and the left is Ketu. These are the certainties of the ten planets being connected to the internal body's orifices. Again, the distinction between the five planets, such as Auspicious, and Ketu and the six senses will be explained in the fifth chapter. In the four directions where the seven roots intersect, there are seven stars each, that is, counting Chitra and Pegasi separately as twenty-eight, and the four staff stars at their corners or junctions. Thus, the thirty-two stars externally are the thirty-two teeth in the internal body. They correspond to the distinction of the feet of the stars moving in order or out of order, with fourteen stars each above and below. The three hundred and sixty days that follow the year are the three hundred and sixty breaths that move within one hour. Internally, one hour is like one year externally. The number of these three hundred and sixty breaths corresponds to the three hundred and sixty days of the household day and night, where sixty hours complete one day externally, which internally transforms into the distinction of the three hundred and sixty joints of the body. The seventy-two thousand channels through which the essence of semen drips internally are the seventy-two thousand rivers that flow into the great ocean in the external world. Here, the lamas say that when all seventy-two thousand channels are filled, the bindu is not complete, and when the bindu is complete, the channels begin to dry up, and the time...
