Furthermore, due to the influence of the three channels below, they transform into three forms: in the center, the Dungchenma (Tibetan: དུང་ཅན་མ་) channel flows with marrow essence; on the left, feces flow; and on the right, urine flows. The downward-cleansing wind directs these three downwards. The life-force wind is also emptiness, belonging to the realm of space. Again, in terms of the letter "ཡ," there are also three forms: the left Kyangma (Tibetan: རྐྱང་མ་) channel flows with marrow essence, the right Roma (Tibetan: རོ་མ་) channel flows with blood, and the central Uma (Tibetan: དབུ་མ་) channel flows with three kinds of energy. The life-force wind flows through these three channels and guides them. Thus, the upper channels are guided by the life-force wind, flowing with essence, blood, and energy; the lower channels are guided by the downward-cleansing wind, flowing with feces, urine, and essence. These six are called the six aggregates of wisdom. As stated in the Vajra Heart Commentary (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་སྙིང་འགྲེལ་): "Whoever constantly exerts life-force, the channels flow in six places, through the three paths of above and below, the aggregates of wisdom are sixfold." This does not mean that the six energies manifest as aggregates of wisdom, but rather that the six things they guide—essence, blood, etc.—are the six aggregates of wisdom. Among them, the right Roma (Tibetan: རོ་མ་) channel is the sun, flowing with the fire element of Ratnasambhava (Tibetan: རིན་འབྱུང་). The left Kyangma (Tibetan: རྐྱང་མ་) channel is the moon, flowing with the water nature of Amitabha (Tibetan: འོད་དཔག་མེད). The central Uma (Tibetan: དབུ་མ་) channel is the Rahu channel, flowing with emptiness, the space nature of Akshobhya (Tibetan: མི་བསྐྱོད་པ་). These are the three upper channels. Below, the right channel flows with urine, the wind element of Amoghasiddhi (Tibetan: དོན་གྲུབ). The left channel flows with feces, the earth element of Vairochana (Tibetan: རྣམ་སྣང་). The central channel flows with essence, the wisdom element of Vajrasattva (Tibetan: རྡོར་སེམས་). The Uma (Tibetan: དབུ་མ་) channel above the navel has two names: Excellent Mind Woman and Darkness Flowing. The lower tip of this channel is also called Dungchenma (Tibetan: དུང་ཅན་མ་) and Dakini Face. Among these, the Dungchenma (Tibetan: དུང་ཅན་མ་) channel of women flows with essence during sexual climax, hence it is called Dakini Face. Normally, during menstruation, it flows with impurities, hence it is called Tummo. The channel above it, in women, flows with impurities during menstruation, hence it is called Old Woman. In men, it flows with essence, hence it is called All-Trembling Woman. This is according to the explanation in the Empowerment Summary. In detail, these names are sometimes used to refer to their respective general categories. In the center of the energy, from the realm of the letter "ང་," it transforms into the equal-dwelling energy. The one with the tip, fire, again the upward-moving

It is wind. It pervades in water, and on the earth it is the dragon, from there it is the tortoise and the turtle, and, the four of me of the gods and the victors over wealth, relying on wind and fire as well as water and earth, arise in order in truth. In all of that, the meaning of the fifth is the seventh. When a man is sixteen years old and a woman is twelve years old, the bindu moves, and the wind of joy arises from the space realm. From the realm of wisdom, the semen is bound like a jewel without leaking, the co-emergent wind of joy. Now, the seventh part, the six chakras and the three hundred and sixty joints are explained. The lotus or wheel of the crown is the nature of emptiness, arising from the realm of space, and the number of petals will be explained again. Similarly, the secret wheel is based on the wisdom realm of gods and humans. The wheel or lotus of the heart is extremely bright in the wind realm, it is certain. The one with the tip, in the fire, the wheel of the throat is bright, it is certain. In the water, the forehead lotus within the eyebrows. Wealth is of wealth, it is said to be eight eight sixty-four petals, the navel wheel with sixty-four petals is the earth realm. Thus, after explaining the six wheels, the joints are explained. The six joints of the left and right of the feet and hands are earth, water, burning food and wind, etc., in the number of three qualities. Here, it is said that there are six joints, although the plural is obtained, it is also made into a singular. How to divide earth etc. into three categories? The three joints of the left foot's ankle, knee, and hip are transformed from the three distinctions of strength, dust, and darkness of the earth element. The Sanskrit word for earth is Mahi, which is long, but in the tantras, the short one is used as the name of earth, the meaning is as explained before. The three of the right foot's ankle etc. are from the three qualities of the water element. The three joints of the left hand's wrist, elbow, and arm are the three of fire. These three of the right hand are from the distinctions of the three qualities of wind. The way this and Yele are combined is different, and it is said below that it is the same as the heretics, in order to remove it, and here, in order to connect with other kinds, the right hand and the left foot etc. are mutually convenient wisdom.
