Furthermore, if the Vedic sound, which is always pervasive, is mixed with everything, then when the word "pot" is uttered, it would be reasonable for all the Vedic sounds to be heard simultaneously in the ear, resulting in a cacophony. Since this is not the case, it is meaningless to acknowledge that there is a Vedic sound that is always pervasive, other than the sound of oral expression. Moreover, is this constant Vedic sound different from or the same as the meaning it expresses? If it is the former, then the sound of saying "Ashvamedha" cannot be understood in its meaning through the nature of the sound itself. It is necessary for a person to establish a connection between the word and its meaning, knowing that "the meaning of this word is this," in order to understand its meaning. Therefore, it is impossible for a Vedic sound that is constant and self-arisen, not created by a person, to reveal meaning in the world. Therefore, the Veda is neither constant nor accompanied by meaning in its own nature. What other reasoning is needed for this? Even according to the stories that the heretics themselves circulate, although the Veda has existed since beginningless time, the barbarians in remote regions do not understand the Veda, and the revelation of the Veda's meaning is obscured. It is said that the four faces of Brahma in the past clearly explained the meaning of " Indra(藏文:དབང་པོ།,梵文天城体:इन्द्र,梵文罗马拟音:Indra,汉语字面意思:因陀罗)becoming an animal" and so on, through the sounds of the four Vedas. From this, it is established that there is a teacher, that the sound and meaning of the Veda are different, that the connection between word and meaning is established by a person, and that the sound of the Veda is a sound recited by a person, not a self-arisen sound. Here, the commentary says: "With the recitation of ' Indra(藏文:དབང་པོ།,梵文天城体:इन्द्र,梵文罗马拟音:Indra,汉语字面意思:因陀罗)becoming an animal' and so on." This is explaining the reading of an ancient legend that exists in the Veda. Its meaning is that in the past, when the god Indra(藏文:དབང་པོ།,梵文天城体:इन्द्र,梵文罗马拟音:Indra,汉语字面意思:因陀罗)came to some ascetic sages for the purpose of making offerings to them, those sages, out of respect for Indra(藏文:དབང་པོ།,梵文天城体:इन्द्र,梵文罗马拟音:Indra,汉语字面意思:因陀罗), transformed their bodies into deer to pull the chariot, and welcomed Indra(藏文:དབང་པོ།,梵文天城体:इन्द्र,梵文罗马拟音:Indra,汉语字面意思:因陀罗)by placing him on it. When the chariot was slightly obstructed, Indra(藏文:དབང་པོ།,梵文天城体:इन्द्र,梵文罗马拟音:Indra,汉语字面意思:因陀罗)'s mind became displeased due to the difference in respect, and he slightly whipped those deer. The sages became angry and cursed Indra(藏文:དབང་པོ།,梵文天城体:इन्द्र,梵文罗马拟音:Indra,汉语字面意思:因陀罗)to become an animal.
