It will only become beings in various categories. Like this: Those with merit and wealth are short-lived, those who behave badly are long-lived, and those who are generous are poor. Seeing these, it is clear that it is the work of Īśvara. Like this, many seemingly reasonable reasons also prove that Īśvara is the creator. Those who claim that "I" is the creator of the world say this: Knowing that great man, the great ascetic, the color of the sun, who has passed beyond darkness, one can pass beyond death and realize it through the self. For the unborn, there is no other path to go. Like this: The great sun-like radiance dwells in the sevenfold darkness. I know that great man. Knowing him, there is no fear of death. For liberation, there is no other path beyond him. Like the trunk of trees, like crystal and water, like the shoots of branches, he is the source of all sentient beings. Thus it is said. Similarly, the followers of Brahma and Vishnu also believe that Brahma and Vishnu are the creators of the world and regard them as the supreme gods to be worshiped. As mentioned above, from the six paths to the distinction of the twelve links of dependent origination, all these teachings, in whichever scripture they are fully explained, must be the teachings of the Shivas or the Īśvaras. Next, the views of the Lokayata (लोकयात, lokāyata, Materialism) are explained: Here, there is no Īśvara pervading sentient beings, nor is there a creator, nor are there the ripening results of karma. The manifestation of qualities such as courage and objects such as smells, the collection of these four elements of earth, etc., are only enjoyers of what exists now. When the collection of elements has no enjoyer, there is no subsequent experience of karmic results at the time of death, just as by properly mixing arura fruit and brown sugar, etc., the power of intoxicating wine is newly produced, the elements, through proper mixing, manifest as the power of various sentient beings. When this power is exhausted and death occurs, there is no taking of a body in the next world, just as the light of a lamp is extinguished. Such views should be known to be explained by Brihaspati (बृहस्पति, Bṛhaspati, Jupiter), the guru of the gods. As it is said in the Lokayata scriptures: The sun rises, the rivers flow downwards, the peas are round, the thorns are sharp and slender, the peacock's feathers are brightly colored, and so on.

It says, "All phenomena are not made by anyone, but arise from their own nature." It also says, "As much as is the realm of the senses, that is all there is to a person." "Good woman, what the learned say is like the footprints of a jackal." This means that as long as it appears as the realm of the senses, there is only this life, and no future life. After calling "Good woman," the learned say that there is a future life and the ripening of karma, which is like a cunning thief in the past who laid out many jackal footprints outside a village and said, "Now, in seven days, a demon called a jackal will appear and eat all the villagers, so everyone should take out all their wealth, and then people should close the doors at home and not look outside, that would be good." People listened to him and did as he said, and the thief took all the wealth away. This story is an example. Then it speaks of the views of the Muslims (kla klo stag gzig pa). It says that the creator named "Rahmana" (རཧྨ་ཎ་,梵文天城体:ब्रह्मन्,梵文罗马拟音:Brahman,汉语字面意思:Brahman) creates all things, from the moving, changing inner sentient beings to the unmoving, outer solid earth and so on. The cause of liberation for the white-robed Muslims (kla klo stag gzig pa) is to please the creator "Rahmana" (རཧྨ་ཎ་,梵文天城体:ब्रह्मन्,梵文罗马拟音:Brahman,汉语字面意思:Brahman), so that people will surely be reborn in heaven, and if they are not pleased, they will fall into hell. This is the doctrine of "Rahmana" (རཧྨ་ཎ་,梵文天城体:ब्रह्मन्,梵文罗马拟音:Brahman,汉语字面意思:Brahman). It is said that the Sogdian (sog po) (Sogdian) Muslims (stag gzig pa), named after the place, are the main sect of the non-Buddhist religion, and they believe that "Rahmana" (རཧྨ་ཎ་,梵文天城体:ब्रह्मन्,梵文罗马拟音:Brahman,汉语字面意思:Brahman) is the creator, which is clear. Nowadays, Westerners also say that the Lord of Heaven created the whole world, so he is kind, and his command is not to kill, etc., and we should do as he proclaims, and if we please him, we will be reborn in his happy and perfect abode, and if we do not please him, we will be imprisoned in hell under the ground to suffer. The source of this statement seems to be the Muslim (stag gzig pa) religion. Then it speaks of the views of the Jains, who call themselves teachers, namely the Naked, the Worthy, or the Sky-clad, or the Exhausting. It says that the three times, past, etc., are themselves real, and there are six real things, namely: the constant life that holds the body, the embodied being who revolves in the four births, time, and space.
