When Rahu completes a full cycle of the stars, it takes two hundred and thirty months, which is nineteen years and two months. Half of that is nine years and seven months, but the seven months that do not make a full year are disregarded. The nine years are taken as half a mandala and placed in the night, thus reducing seven months. Calling out, "O King," at this time, comets are inferior and do not belong here. Thus, when all the days of movement of the eight planets are added together, multiplied by eight, which is represented by the word "Nora," it is four and a half years and three months. That is, thirty-two years and three months, plus fifteen days, which is half a month. The three cycles of the Sun, Mercury, and Mars are one year and six months. Adding Mars' nine months to that, it becomes two years and three months. Adding the years of Jupiter, Saturn, and Rahu together, and adding that to the previous years, thirty-two years and three months, plus fifteen days, which is half a month, that is how it becomes. These eight planets spend part of a half-week of stellar movement, and the method of calculating half-week days is done as above, adding half-week days to reach the number of one day. Among the years in which the eight planets spend three half-cycles, they are also divided into three stages according to the distinctions of vigor, dust, and darkness, as mentioned above. In this way, it can be transformed into a human lifespan of one hundred years, that is, ninety-six years, ten months, and fifteen days of these three stages, which is called the deficiency of the Wheel of Time. In the thirty parts of a day, the share of Yewa wind is less by three years and three quarters. Adding those together, one should know that it becomes one hundred years. Furthermore, here, in the first stage, life, that is, breath, is the merit of vigor, or it flows from there, because the power of the left channel, the single channel, is stronger. Similarly, flowing from the merit of life-dust, the power of the right channel, Roma, is stronger, that is, the middle half-cycle of thirty-two years, etc., is like that. Then, in the part or the last half-cycle, the power of the central channel, the merit of darkness, should also be known to be the same as the above measurement. These three also flow out through the three channels of the right channel, the single channel, and the central channel, and through the distinctions of body, speech, and mind.

It should be known that the root is the mind that relies on the life-sustaining wind, holding the body as its basis. The life-sustaining wind flows outward from the nostrils, gradually diminishing in the manner of three qualities. After it is exhausted, gods, humans, nagas, or animals, etc., all have a lifespan of one hundred years calculated from their own breaths. After ninety-six years, ten months, and fifteen days of the three qualities flowing away, from childhood, youth, and the prime of youth, to old age, full maturity, and death, it is the fifth stage, which is how it will be. On top of those limits, adding one and a half months of the primordial wind Kalachakra, which is called the "night of the three directions," which is one day. These days, the word "also" represents three years. In short, three years and three directions, plus the previous ninety-six years, etc., in order to complete the lifespan of one hundred years, death is due to the arrival of time. Starting from the way the breath flows in the hundred-year-old body and the left, right, and central channels, the numbers are very definite. These are not mentioned in that way in external Vedic and other treatises, but they are very famous in the Kalachakra, the king of tantras. Alas! King of men, Moon Good! That's what was said. Thus, in the world, there is death at the end of the five stages from childhood, etc., up to maturity, and also in this age of strife in this eon, the lifespan of people now is called a man of a hundred years, a hundred senses. However, it is not entirely certain in terms of certainty or ultimate reason, because beings are born and die under the control of their own karma. Therefore, the Buddhas who understand death should know that the length of life also arises from various causes of good and non-good. The man of a hundred years is spoken in a language of intention. If asked what the intention is, the man is said to be outwardly characterized by four million, three hundred and twenty thousand breaths, which are the nature of the four seasons. It is called a man because of the occurrence or performance of such a combination of times. Inwardly, the measure of breath itself has the nature of the four seasons, that is, when the number of years of the four great periods is completed, all the planets
