第一等从第四十四颂到第九十三颂之间所阐述的，是为了将前面所阐述的星宿运行的产生，融入到确定意义之中而宣说的。内在身体中，中脉的智慧气运行的方式是：具有二万一千一百个“若百”的，是一天一夜的呼吸次数二万一千六百个中的“索”的，即以三十二分之一的部分来确定取出或分配的。因此，在内在身体中，通过若江的途径运行业气的剩余呼吸，即智慧气运行的，在每天的时刻中出现的山和时刻等的数量是六百七十五。也就是说，一天中，成年人身体健康时，呼吸的呼出、吸入、安住三者合一计算的呼吸有二万一千六百次。像这样的一天中，有十二个大时轮交替，每个大交替中，又因为有五种元素之气的呼吸运行的区分，所以有五个小交替。其中，每个大交替的时间里有呼吸数一千八百，每个小交替里有呼吸数三百六十。每个小交替的末尾，有智慧气呼吸十一次和一个呼吸的四分之一运行。每个小交替中，减去智慧气后剩余的三百四十八和呼吸一个分为四份中的三份运行。业气是通过若江的途径运行的，即从右边的若玛运行太阳气，从左边的江玛运行月亮气。智慧气是从中间的中脉运行罗睺气。因此，每个大交替中，智慧气呼吸五十六和“脚”——即不足一个呼吸，将一个呼吸分为四份中的一份运行，其剩余的一千七百四十三和呼吸一个的四分之三运行的是业气。十二个大交替中智慧气运行的总数是六百七十五，其剩余的业气运行二万零九百二十五。业气和智慧气两者加起来是呼吸二万一千六百，即一天。

The first, etc., from the forty-fourth verse to the ninety-third verse, explains that the occurrence of the movement of the planets and stars described above is declared for the purpose of integrating it into the definitive meaning. The way the wisdom energy flows in the central channel in the inner body is: having twenty-one thousand one hundred "ro gya," which is the number of breaths in a day and night, twenty-one thousand six hundred, from the "so," that is, by determining to extract or distribute it in a thirty-second part. Therefore, in the inner body, the remaining breaths of karma energy flowing through the ro kyang path, that is, the flow of wisdom energy, the number of mountains and times that occur at each time of day is six hundred and seventy-five. That is, in one day, when a mature person is healthy, the breaths of exhalation, inhalation, and abiding are counted as one, and there are twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths. In such a day, there are twelve major time-joint transitions, and in each major transition, there are five minor transitions due to the distinction of the breath flow of the five elements. Among them, the duration of each major transition is one thousand eight hundred breaths, and each minor transition has three hundred and sixty breaths. At the end of each minor transition, eleven breaths of wisdom energy and one-quarter of one breath flow. In each minor transition, the remainder after subtracting the wisdom energy is three hundred and forty-eight and three parts of one breath divided into four parts flow. Karma energy flows through the ro kyang path, that is, solar energy flows from the right ro ma, and lunar energy flows from the left kyang ma. Wisdom energy flows from the central central channel as Rahu energy. Therefore, in each major transition, fifty-six breaths of wisdom energy and a "foot," which is less than one breath, one part of one breath divided into four parts flows, and the remainder of one thousand seven hundred and forty-three and three-quarters of one breath flow is karma energy. The total number of wisdom energy flows in the twelve major transitions is six hundred and seventy-five, and the remaining karma energy flows twenty thousand nine hundred and twenty-five. The sum of both karma energy and wisdom energy is twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths, which is one day.

So, one day is divided into thirty-two parts, and one of those parts is where the wisdom wind flows. The twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths that flow from the three channels in one day, when multiplied by the thirty-six thousand days of a hundred years, are also widely known as the measure of breaths for both karma wind and wisdom wind flowing in a hundred years, which becomes seventy-seven billion seven hundred and seventy million breaths, as follows: seven hundred and seventy-seven million and six hundred thousand. When that is divided by thirty-two, what is obtained is the number of wisdom breaths that flow for a hundred years, which is two hundred and forty-three million four hundred and thirty thousand, that is, two hundred and forty million three hundred thousand. Alternatively, one day's wisdom breaths, six hundred and seventy-five, multiplied by the thirty-six thousand days of a hundred years, appears as just stated. These are the number of wisdom wind breaths flowing from the central channel Avadhuti during a hundred years. The remainder of the wisdom wind, seventy-five billion three hundred and thirty million, that is, seven hundred and fifty-three million three hundred thousand, flows from the five chakras of the Lala Na single channel and the Rasana double channel, that is, half of the number of breaths flows from the single channel and half from the double channel, equally. The number of breaths spoken of in this way is the number of breaths up to the end of a hundred years, that is, to the very end of the completion of a hundred years. Thus, those breaths spoken of as the measure of a hundred years, when divided or separated by "fire at the time of emptiness," that is, three hundred and sixty, what is obtained becomes hours. When that hour is divided by sixty parts, what is obtained is also days and nights. Therefore, out of the thirty-six thousand days of a hundred years, the share of the central channel's wisdom wind is one thousand one hundred and twenty-five days. The share of the double and single karma wind is thirty-seven thousand eight hundred and seventy-five days.
